If you value your self as a person as well as your health you wouldn’t come here stopped in first time at this stablishment ordered a tuna sandwich with co worker and as the attendant is adding items to his salad a roach comes in the counter this immediately thru me off and I left with out payment for either mine or his cause it was immediately a disgusting feeling and lost my appetite immediately.
Don’t come here is not worth your health , staff don’t look like they want to be there the customer service was awful, definitely won’t return.

I love Jimmy John’s and this location is a good representation of the franchise. The location was clean, the staff were friendly and the sandwiches were great. My only minor complaint is that Jimmy John’s appear to no longer be “Freaky Fast”. I got used to my sandwich being ready by the time I had paid and got my drink. In the last few JJ’s I’ve been in, there is only one person making the sandwiches so it takes longer now. This location is no different. It looked like there was a large “To Go” order being filled at the same time that walk in orders were being made. So while the one poor guy was making sandwiches as fast as he could, it took a while to get our order. That is absolutely not a complaint about the employees, just an observation that there used to be several people making sandwiches at once like a well oiled machine, and now there is one person working very hard. I will eat here again and recommend you do too!

Strike 1: I was served two sandwiches on the hardest bread ever. When I picked up the wrapped sandwich, I assumed they were placing them on a cardboard tray and then wrapping them. This was not the case.
Strike 2: As I expressed my displeasure over the hard sandwiches and my need to return to the store, I advised everyone behind the counter that they needed to “do better”. Samantha then indignantly accused me of bullying. Really!?A displeased customer explaining to you in a normal speaking voice that you need to improve as a unit is not bullying… It’s much needed feedback.
Strike 3: Samantha chose to antagonize the situation by very sarcastically saying things like thank you, goodbye, have a nice day, and take care as I departed the store apparently to be rude and push buttons for her own satisfaction.
Moving forward, I’ll take my business where the sandwiches are made properly, the employees are less rude and are better at attending to their mistakes.
During the interaction it was discovered that Samantha made the hard sandwiches and failed to determine that they were unfit to be served.

This JJ is great! Friendly staff, very clean. My sandwich, “Italian Nite Club” delicious and stuffed with meat, veggies and sauce. Will definitely be my go to sandwich shop.

Jimmy John’s is my favorite sandwich shop. They are fast and consistent across all of their restaurants. The location is clean and the staff acts like they want to be there. The bathroom was also clean.

Customer Beware – Jimmy John’s, Merchant Plaza, Lake Ridge, VA. I ordered a sandwich there and the sandwich maker did not remove the wax paper around the meat before serving. I was half way into my sandwich before noticing the wax paper. I told the server that I just ingested wax paper and I got a very flippant and care free response. I immediately filed a complaint with corporate. This is not the first time they made a mistake with my order, but this is a critical mistake in the restaurant industry. Needless to say, I will never return to Jimmy John’s again, let alone this particular store. Their customer service and quality is horrible!

They never get my order right. As a former employee, I try to be as specific and clear as possible and yet they always get my order wrong. I disgusted at this point.
Yesterday evening I made a big order, 4 hunters club with x mayo and some freebees and I get all plain clubs with lite mayo and nothing added.

Every time I visit this location in particular, the staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful! Daulton, the store manager, makes sure every single customers needs are met, without fail. I witness him catching customers who ordered multiple drinks and he is quick to offer a drink tray. My orders in particular can be quite particular, but that doesn’t matter for Daulton. This gentleman is a spectacular customer service representation of the Jimmy John’s franchise and has made me a fan of the brand for life. Would give more stars if I even could, as the above and beyond mentality is what attracts people to come, not just the delicious sandwiches! Big shoutout to the staff, even bigger shoutout to Daulton. Ive met the store owner once, I do hope he sees this. I believe Daulton deserves a raise and recognition beyond this stellar review. Keep him as long as you can..!

I finally tried a Jimmy John’s and was a bit disappointed. I usually go to Jersey Mike’s and feel they are a bit pricey, but the quality of the food is excellent and they are huge. Jimmy John’s just does not pass. I ordered the Lulu Club and at first I didn’t think it had any bacon inside. It did, but it was the thin, soft microwave bacon, not the crispy, fresh fried bacon like Jersey Mike’s. Second, the cost is more affordable, but that is because the sub is so much smaller than Jersey Mike’s. I’d say they are a step above Subway and the Lulu Club was flavorful but missing the bacon taste and crunch. Would I go again? Not if there is a Jersey Mike’s nearby. One last note, for a sub shop, they should have more cheese selections, well they should have a selection period. All they have is provolone. Final gripe, I had to go back after my purchase because my order included 2 cookies that they forgot to put in the bag.
