First and last time I’ve ordered anything from Jimmy John’s. We ordered the sandwich box and the ratio of meat to the bread was ridiculous – and more lettuce than meat. Better off buying bread & deli meats and making your own. And these boxes are not cheap. $60+ for 6 sandwiches w/thick rolls and very little meat! Definitely don’t get what you pay for.

I just started a new job in Eldersburg so I started getting my lunches at this location. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE who works at this location is super nice! It all started with Koriasia and Chris. My fist time there was my first time at any Jimmy John’s location. They were patient and kind to me and suggested food that I might like. The friendliness continued Josh and Star and a few others with whom I did not catch their names. In my opinion, customer service is #1 and this location and it’s employees are #1!!!!

Every time I try to order the ranch chicken wrap as an unwich, they get it wrong and give me a tortilla anyway.

Stopped in for a sandwich and the employee was sitting just inside the door with their lunch, they walked up to the counter to take my order. I said hello and asked how they were today, no response was provided, no hello, no acknowledgement or “how can I help you?” nor nod or smile. I apparently took too long to decide on my choice, because said employee took a deep inhale and audible exhale and quickly disappeared into the back of the shop somewhere, no other employees around. At this point, I need to use the restroom so I do so. When I walk back out, the employee is again over at their table drinking their drink. I understand being short staffed when someone calls out, yet this employee was visibly annoyed by my presence at every turn. So, I’ve removed myself from the situation and will be grabbing a quick lunch elsewhere. I will say the place was clean but apart from that I will not be returning as clearly the employee was not effectively trained on customer service to start with, or they simply do not like their job. Either way, not my problem.

My husband and I stopped by to pick up a sandwich for dinner tonight. With high expectations from a previous experience elsewhere at a Jimmy John’s, we we sadly disappointed. A roast beef sandwich with a scant few slices of meat and cheese, flat tasteless bread, and one piece each of lettuce, tomato, and banana pepper.
Pathetic. Won’t be going back.
