My bank had to refund my money. Jimmy John’s was contacted. Didn’t do anything. Uber Eats was contacted. Didn’t do anything. Even the owner didn’t comment on this post. The Uber Eats receipt was fake and didn’t even have a picture of the food being delivered.
I place a delivery order on 11/02/2025. I never received it. I called the store. The person I talked to told me to wait between 5-10 minutes, we’ll reorder and send it back out. I waited and called back. I told the Assistant manager Tori what happened. She said they don’t have delivery drivers so they dispatch it through Uber Eats. I told her when I called before, the person I talked to said they will reorder and send it back out. She said the person was wrong. She can’t help me because Uber Eats said they delivered it. I placed delivery orders from this Jimmy John’s alot and this is the first time I had problem. I have an Uber Eats account. Since I didn’t place the order through Uber Eats myself it’s not in my order history. Did Jimmy John’s place the order in my name or as a guest? Jimmy John’s didn’t help me. I also contacted Jimmy John’s online. Haven’t contacted me yet. Uber Eats won’t help me because the order isn’t in my order history. I wonder if someone will help me from Jimmy John’s if I file a police report for theft. 0 stars!!

Food was good, drive thru was fairly quick, and our only complaint was the amount of chips in a bag. Picture included to show the tiny amount in the bag.

When I ordered from this particular store, I ordered a toasted ultimate Italian. When I got home The sandwich didn’t taste right. Upon looking at it, I found that it had absolutely no seasoning, no oil, and no vinegar. The staff at this restaurant does not care if they deliver your sandwich as you ordered it. I would suggest that you don’t order from here because the staff really doesn’t care. Especially if they think you’re taking it home. Then they can get away with giving you a sandwich that isn’t what you want and they didn’t have to make it for you. I for one will never go to the store again.

Waited an hour and a half to get two sandwiches delivered. When we FINALLY got our food delivered the sandwiches were incorrect. The price is absolutely not worth it.
