this was the absolute worst food I’ve ever gotten to be completely honest. It was so bad I had to download yelp. I ordered a pickle sammy kit- that all the peeps are trying. I literally got a single shred of turkey( resembles a green bean) and that was it. It seemed like whoever made it truly hates Jimmy John’s to represent the company this terribly. When I went back in to have them remake it- he apologized said he was out for a week and today was his first day back… im all about empathy but how do you not know how to make a sandwhich because you were out for a week… doesn’t make any sense to me. I hope a manager see’s this and fixes the issue and the work ethic of his/her employees. If you don’t want to be making sandwiches don’t work at a sandwich place the pre packaged chips and premade ranch were amazing tho.

Tonight we ordered online and my boyfriend received the wrong order. Originally we thought they had just missed a sandwich. After he left to go get the “missing sandwich” I went to look at my sandwich and found out it was the wrong order/ not my sandwich. Once he returned, he said they asked for this order wrong order back… turns out they also gave me potato salad instead of pasta salad. Ultimately not the end of the world but I personally would not want a sandwich that already went home with someone… I’d be very weary of ordering if not in person.
To make things better, I just unwrapped my “new & corrected” sandwich … it’s an Italian or something. Idk not a turkey tom that I ordered. I guess I could go back a third time … at this point.. What a waste of $15. And requesting a refund online isn’t easy. Not very confident in the staff there being able to process a refund either after this.
They did get my bfs toasted Italian correct so I guess that’s a plus…

I felt racially discriminated against. I had been waiting on my food 10 min….No other ppl in restaurant. A white man came in and ordered 5 minutes after I had been there to pick up my order and KEVIN stopped working on my 5 sandwiches to prepare this MAN’S order. I asked why and he told me to sit and wait quietly…I’m really confused JIMMY John’s, 133 Town Center Blvd… Kevin is rude and Ignorant and I’ll never eat here nor pick up an order here, ever again

Hour and a half for delivery!! Do better JJ!! You are only 1.1 miles away from where I am located. If I received a call to let me know delivery would have been over an hour, I would have picked it up myself! Customer service aka communication is the worst!

Brought 2 sandwiches, both made wrong. Asked for bacon, none was added but I bet I was charged. Asked for little mayo, it looked regular. Bread hard, not cut on both. Will not be going back there. Sucked. Wasted $24. Jersey Mike’s I will drive 15min next time. Trust

I’d like to tell you about the wonderful experience I had at this location but I can’t….I ordered online and went to the store to pick it up. I couldn’t however because I didn’t have a mask and the store requires one despite Anne Arundel County dropping the mask mandate 2 weeks prior! They wouldn’t even hand me the subs through the door when I was OUTSIDE! Russia is starting WWIII and these simple minds care about masks that don’t do anything! One can go to Firehouse Subs or Cappriatti’s next door and get an awesome sub…go there not here.

Thank you to the staff at the Towne Centre, Annapolis store. We couldn’t pull off our kendo tournament year after year without all of you making box lunches for us. 150 this year!! Everyone was very happy. Excellent as always!
