This was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional dining experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived at 9:16 PM, with the restaurant clearly listed as open until 10 PM. The doors were unlocked, there was no sign indicating early closure, and online hours showed they were open.
Despite this, an employee immediately told us we “couldn’t order” because they were supposedly closed. He then explained that business has been slow for months, so they’ve been closing early. That’s not an excuse—it’s a failure of basic business sense. If business is slow and customers walk in, you serve them. That’s how you keep business.
If you’re going to close early, update your hours, post signage, and lock your doors. Don’t leave customers guessing and then dismiss them when they try to give you their money.
This place clearly doesn’t value its patrons or professionalism. We won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects basic courtesy and honesty from a business.

03/21/25 This My First Time Getting Finessed By JJ Which Is Why I Didn’t Check The Bag. Asked For A #12 Unwich. Got Home And They Gave Me This BS. Im On My Keto Swag Right Now So I Said Cool Ima Keep Everything Together And Toss The Bread. I Bit Into The Top Part Thinking It Was Turkey In It. Mane It Wasn’t Nothing But Provolone And Guac. It Wasn’t Someone Else’s Order Cause I Was The Only One In Line And It Wasn’t Close To Closing Time So This Wasn’t No Rushed Order. Been Here Plenty Times And This The Only Time They Slimed Me Like This So Ima Put A Blind Eye To It And Act Like It Never Happened. Staff Is Friendly. And I’m Putting 2 Stars For The Atmosphere Cause It’s Always Somebody In The Popeyes Parking Lot Parked With Them LED Headlights On Shining Them Right At The JJ Drive Thru Window.

The overall service was good. However, the bread was hard, they put too much lettuce where I couldn’t even taste the meat and even when i tasted it I could tell the meat wasn’t fresh. And the whole sandwich was dry even though I asked for a chicken bacon ranch and there was a spec of ranch on it. I definitely won’t be coming back here any time soon.

Haven’t had a Jimmy John sandwich in awhile. But, they are still awesome. Love #2 with provolone. Went through the drive through. Order correct as ordered. Friendly young man that greeted me at the window. But most importantly, sandwich was great. Fresh bread and condiments and as asked, cut in half.

The Best Cold Sub Sandwiches Around. The Bread Is Fresh and Delicious! They Are Definitely Fast and Fresh. Love The Turkey Tom Sandwich and Also The Italian Nightclub Sandwich. We Also Enjoy Getting The Unwich. Which Is A Huge Lettuce Wrap, With All The Meats and Toppings! I Recommend The Unwich 100 Percent! The Large Pickles and Kickin Ranch Sauce Are Always Tasty As Well!

This was 1st time having a sub! I was tired, hungry, depressed, and NO MONEY to spend on food! I was broke down not from here and sat 6hrs 3people offered to help in those 3hrs and one WAS AN ANGLE!!! She was on phone with her husband (who was having surgery in the morning which he offered to come out anyways! ) he walked her thru (she knew so much !!) to diagnose why my van wouldn’t start with NEW BATTERY! In the end she figured it out I slept in my van over night but SHE goes “here I got you a sandwich “ I wanted to cry! I accepted it hugged and she left. Local police kept eye out on me THANK YOU !! But that sandwich/sub OMG!! The bread!! I could eat that by itself!!! I’m not a sub person BECAUSE of the breads! I am very picky but WOW IT WAS GREAT!! THANK YOU CHARLENE for ALL YOU DID AND JJ- Jimmy Johns for making a great sub!!!

For some reason they’re delivery drivers dont show up for work. Last few times I ordered for delivery, I’ve tipped the driver and it’s taken over an hour to bring food less than a mile away. This company has really fallen off. Giving me free chips just isn’t enough. And don’t you know the driver still gets my automatic tip they demand even though freaky fast turned into ridiculously slow, soggy warm sandwich service.

We were ordering from this location at least weekly for some time and usually picked up our order at the pickup window. We always bypassed the speaker. Today we did the same. This time they ignored us for a while and then a guy (wasn’t wearing a name tag) came to the window and opened it and said “hi, if you’d come to the speaker I would’ve known you were here as I’ve told you multiple times before” so my husband said “that’s the first I’ve heard this” and the guy proceeded to argue “well no it isn’t” and my husband insisted “I promise I haven’t been told this before” and the guy said “but I did…but anyway that’s fine what can I get you” pretty rudely. So we said our name and as the guy at the window walked away he continued to talk to people inside about how he knows he told us before. I know if he had, we would have easily done so. But either way, there’s really no need to argue with us rudely. Rude service. They always try to shove all the food in one bag until it’s overflowing. I only come here because it’s cheap and fast when I need it, but with this rudeness, it’s not worth it.
