I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich because I was in a rush and had to go back to get the correct one. Even though it was completely my mistake, the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They offered to make me a new sandwich and wouldn’t even let me pay for it, despite my insisting. That level of generosity was truly appreciated. The restaurant itself is also very clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Do not use this location! When I called to check on the order that was 2 sandwiches and over an hour for a 3 mile delivery,I called the store to check on it. The Manager ead rude, told me she did not care if we ever ordered again and said the delivery driver was a 3rd party driver.

First and last visit to this Jimmy John’s. The cashier did the bare minimum, no thank you at the end of the transaction. Just handed me the receipt and turned his back so he could continue his phone conversation on his earbuds. Once I got home, I could see why the sub was done so quickly. It was the large size but there was hardly any meat on it. I couldn’t tell there was any meat without opening the bread. For the prices they charge, there’s no reason at all to go back here.

9/10 I have the normal level of service.
Worked a 12 hour day on a Sunday and had to work early Monday. Checked the hours on a Sunday night and they close at 9. Walked in at 830 and the guy cleaning behind the counter gave me the look of death.
I left without ordering.

It’s been a while since I’ve had Jimmy Johns but today I had a craving. I hopped in my car drove to this location, which I’ve never been to, and wow! Everyone was in such a good mood, the place was so clean and so bright, they got my order perfectly and did it fast. The crew was really nice and made for a great break on this busy Monday. it’s the little things like reading back an order, making sure everyone’s been helped, making sure you get it right the first time, and a good attitude. Good job guys!
