I’m posting this because of a recent experience I had with online order delivery. I ordered four sandwiches and they were okay quality, nothing great. The store did make a mistake in not including a large fountain drink and a missing bag of chips. But that in itself wouldn’t be worth posting a review about, the reason I’m posting this review is because the store charged me almost $10 for a red velvet cookie, that according to every other store menu and research should have only cost me about $2. Why the hell is a red velvet cookie, same weight and size as a chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin cookie, costing five times as much? For some red dye food coloring and fake white chocolate chips

I understand that there could be issues with staffing everywhere. However I placed an order for delivery at 12:24pm and to be waiting over an hour just to be told that its still 20-30 minutes away I got frustrated. I asked for a refund because this was unacceptable and before I got the refund I was told that the manager wasn’t there. I kept insisting and suddenly I was talking to the manager. In the end i got my refund and again I understand that there are staffing problems everywhere, but my experience today was not freaky fast and for the time being I am advising people in here and my coworkers to avoid delivery from here.

This location has ‘saved the day’ for us not once, not twice, but THREE times! We have needed last-minute orders for PTO events/teachers, and they delivered. I have worked with them for my son’s Boy Scout service event, too. JJs has generously donated sandwiches for three yrs in a row. Catering Manager, Lee Ann, is absolutely fantastic. And the staff is always friendly and working hard. Thank You!

My Little John sandwich with salami and capicola was truly delicious! I was left wanting more so will definitely come back soon to try a bigger sandwich. Meat was cold and tasted fresh. Pick-up orders are put on a shelf to minimize human contact.

This place is outstanding for poor service. I put an order in and they called to tell me they don’t have bread for a sandwich or lettuce for an unwich today at 7:30pm. I placed an order prior to this one last week and they forgot the chips and the drinks and when I called they couldn’t give me a straight answer about a refund. They had to call the manager who wouldn’t be in until 2 days later. I will not be ordering or eating here again.

Jimmy John’s is a small deli style restaurant that I have been noticing for quite a while now. I thought I would give it a try and see what it was all about. The restaurant appeared to be cute and clean. There was only one other couple in there when I went in. I ordered the double ham and provolone sub to go. It was good. It is surprising to me that the shop did not have more business. Perhaps because it is surrounded by other restaurants that are fairly popular. I liked the decorations inside Jimmy John’s. The atmosphere was nice and I think this restaurant probably does a better business at a different time of day. Since I’ve only tried one thing I don’t feel that I could give a higher rating right now. The sandwich that I did order was good.

Worst Jimmy John’s ever. They are NOT freaky fast. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks at 2:30pm. The order finally just arrived at 4pm. The restaurant didn’t answer the phone any of the times we called. This is the 3rd time our delivery has taken over an hour and 20 minutes. We live 10 minutes away from the store.
