Make sure you order the largest portion of whatever you get because the portion sizes are a joke. Two slices of meat for $11. LOL. If I wasn’t pressed for time, I would’ve gotten a refund.

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT !!! Think about going to this location in the 800 block of North Market Street! $65.00 for 3 large turkey and cheese subs just to get home to 1 slice of turkey on each side of the bread and 1 slice of cheese cut in 4s! I literally thought we were being pranked! Thought we would try this spot out for the first time and booooooy were we wrong! Never again. Got our monies back and went to #BahamaBreeze for dinner! I love the consistency at Jimmy John’s. The bread is fantastic, it’s one of the main reasons I come here. At this location, I was greeted politely, my order was taken immediately, and the food was made very quickly. It’s one of my go to places for lunch when I’m in a hurry and want something healthy.

Tried this place and my spicy Italian sandwich was surprisingly very good! I wasn’t expecting it to be as good and large as it was. Staff was on point, but place has that generic chain feel.
Unfortunately, I’ll probably never go back because of the tip screen when you pay. It was one of the toughest ones to get out of. Requires many taps to avoid tipping. As a note, my friends and I never go back to establishments with these tip screens.

Staff was excellent. Little John turkey sub with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and provolone was cute. Please provide a salt and pepper container for staff to shake on the sandwich. The tiny salt and pepper packets are unacceptable

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and accommodating. Ms.T. at the register….outstanding personality and Mr Dwayne who made my sandwich did a great job and with a smile. Everyone who worked there was so nice. Give these young hard working people a raise. They certainly deserve. The restaurant was VERY clean and so were the bathrooms. Great crew!!!
