Terrible experience. Accidentally went here instead of a different sub shop and should have just turned around and left. Took 15 min just to get 2 subs ordered, and they couldn’t even figure out the addition of a drink and chips combo to a sub. The subs were not even fully packed for the 25 min we waited for them to be made, and we couldn’t actually even eat them because of schedule constraints we had to wait to consume them. We should have just thrown them in the garbage, and seriously, 40 dollars for 2 subs, one that was just a veggie with almost no actual veggies, is just straight greed. I absolutely do not recommend this sub shop.

I ordered Ultimate Toasted Italian sub, add hot peppers. I got a cold, untoasted sub with no bacon or hot peppers and only one type of cheese, menu states 2. It is less than 6″ long. Unbelievable that you charge 12.48 for this!

Paid $40 for 2 subs, got home and found out they did not make the ones I ordered. I hate turkey and guess what they were. I was unable to go all the way back to return them, so I was just blessed to give them $40 for food I would not eat. First visit ever to Jimmy John’s. Guy taking order did not speak english very well and I guess bad communication was the problem(?). Mistakes happen but the lack of concern from the business is disturbing; they did not even care enough to respond to my complaint. Won’t be returning. Definitely not recommended.

I second that this place is going downhill. Ordered on the app and took 14 minutes to drive there. Order still wasn’t done and stood and waited 5 minutes. Asked staff about it and she said she’d make it right away. Stood waiting another 10 minutes!!!!! Staff barely acknowledge you. Then they forgot my drink and free cookie!!!! Gotta find another sub shop! This is ridiculous!!

Disappointed. This is my first time at a jimmy johns and I ordered a #13. On the menu the sandwich looks full and delicious but what I received looked like a food ration. It’s like they put the bare minimum ingredients on the sandwich, there was 3 thin slices of meat total. Subs are way fuller from Jersey mikes or Subway.

Stood around for 10 minutes without anyone attending to us. Looked like managers were inside installing TVs instead of helping out their staff with food during lunch rush. Overall I think Jimmy Johns quality has fallen off a cliff.

Not feeling well so I didn’t want a lot of stuff on my sub. I just ordered ham and American cheese only. What i got was absolutely ridiculous. Three thin slices of ham on a 6 inch sub roll. I took it back in and tried to order an extra side of ham. The woman re-made my sandwich with the extra meat and did not charge me. That’s the only reason I have two stars. This was my first and last time at Jimmy Johns. I will re-turn to Jersey Mikes.

Had us waiting and the poor lady in the picture for mins to order, all while he was standing there making sandwiches. Two people on Friday night. Didn’t have the new cookies defrosted either at 6 so I got it frozen and had to wait an hour for it to defrost. Tables were nasty. Dude making the sandwiches was so high, couldn’t even open his eyes and respond to questions. Someone spilt a whole soda by the machine, the girl only picked up the rug but didn’t mop it up.
