First time to a Jimmy John’s, and the sandwiches were so good. Got three combos (plus chips and drink) to go – cost $35. They have an excellent variety of sandwiches/wraps that you won’t find elsewhere. Cuban Sub was my choice. Others had a spicy sub and a spicy wrap. Everyone was happy. No complaints! Unfortunately, no Jimmy John’s where we live.

12:52 PM on a Sunday afternoon. Bought an 8″ sandwich. The roll was stale. Like rock hard stale. What’s up with that, while they were taking fresh bread out of the oven while I was waiting? Staff seemed very disinterested in being there at all.

Employee are always friendly. They make you feel good. I did not expect this from a “chain” store. They give me mom and pop store feeling every time I go in.
On top of that they are on point with instructions about how to customize your sandwiches. As you will see in picture, I paid for extra and oh boy did it get it !!

Stopped in for a 4 sub purchase. The TWO employees working there had more metal hanging in their face than I have in my car. Went to Jersey Mike’s instead. I understand you can hire anyone that you want to and they may be good people. But if I lose my appetite by looking at them, I have to go elsewhere. Sorry.

I am pleased to say Jimmy John’s did the right thing and fixed their mistake after they reached out to me. I’m going to chalk this up as employee ignorance, we all make mistakes. I’m sure when I go back this will not happen again. Thank you!

Jimmy John’s is great usually. The reason for only 3 stars is because they charged me 1.59 for avocado spread which I was willing to pay but they gave me a super small amount that’s was probably about .25 cents worth. See pictures. I don’t like feeling like I wasted money and like they purposely withheld what I paid for. Not good for business.

Ordered wraps and cookies for my family and I. The food was great. The staff was even more amazing. My daughter loves piercings and was excited to see people with piercings there. They even answered questions we had about the piercings! Amazing staff, very friendly!
