I ordered 2 Italian subs, one with mustard mayo and dressing the other with just dressing
When we got them one was marked no mayo
It wasn’t there was a lot of mayo , no mustard on either sub, no dressing on either sub
The bread itself fell apart before it was even unwrapped
No pickle spears , we asked for pepper spread as well on both and it had to be the very bottom of the barrel because between the two 8 in subs we may of had 4 peppers

Awesome first experience in a Jimmy John’s. Establishments is very clean and all the employees all are kind and welcoming. My sub was fantastic 10/10!! I will be coming back again. I went around 7 on Wednesday evening the 25th of September.

Jimmy John’s is my favorite sub place. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and very fast workers. The shop itself is very clean and tidy. I’ve never had an order with my sandwiches or anything that I’ve gotten from there. All the food taste fresh it’s so good. If you’ve never had Jimmy John’s before you need to get it ASAP rocky. The Jimmy chips are my favorite especially the barbecue. And not to mention the fact that the service is freaky fast. Go get Jimmy John’s now or I will find you.

Husband and kids were hungry after working outside all day and didn’t want grocery store hoagies. Easily ordered on the app, paid with Google pay, and the food was ready when I got there. Only thing missing were mayo packets I asked for instead of mayo on the sandwiches (I can never remember who wants what). Only other slight inconvenience for the location is it’s accessibility. Depending on where you need to go, you only have the option to take a right out of the backside of the parking lot or possibly have to cross two lanes of traffic from the front (it’s right at a busy 4 lane intersection).

Consistent quality, service, portions, and taste after getting lunch here regularly over the last 2 years. That smell is unique, and the bread too. Just the slightest bit of crisp to the outside, but soft inside. Want to chat? Most times there is someone up front who will chat you up. Don’t want to chat? Use their online app to make sure they get your sub perfect without anxiety. Drive thru is convenient, and you can pick up your online order there.

First time there… not gonna lie, their tv commercials are genius and are what made me want to visit. When I first pulled in to the Altoona JJ’s parking lot I parked and was going to go in to order take out, but then realized they had a drive thru so I backed up and got in line. I ordered the #7 regular sized combo (Spicy Italian), and let me tell ya, that was one of the best subs I’ve ever had!! The bread was awesome, it was packed with the meats, and just the right amount of lettuce! I will definitely be back!! (Side note: my experience was made even better when I found out the lady in front of me paid for my order!!)
