I ordered on the app and received a confirmation email, and my card was charged. I show up during my requested pickup window, and the store is closed!! I tried calling corporate customer service during their listed hours and got voicemail. This is incredibly poor service!! How can you confirm an order if you aren’t open?!
**UPDATE (with new hours)***
The owner reached out to my via email and confirmed their hours are now Su-W 11a-4p and Th-Sa 11a-7p due to staffing shortages. He is making sure I get my money back, so hopefully I do. I look forward to giving them another chance!

I walked in at 8:55, 5 minutes before close. There were two employees there not doing anything, and when I walked in they looked at me as if I was an alien. They looked at each other for a second then said to me “we’re closed” (it was 5 minutes before close). I stood there in disbelief and asked if they were serious and the guy with a hat and beard said to me “we are all out of bread” (which I know was a lie). I was speechless and was leaving when the same guy says to me in a snarky tone “you can buy a cookie if you want.” All I wanted was a turkey slim but these lazy and rude employees genuinely ruined my night.

Placed a mobile order and had it delivered to my place of employment. My drink had no syrup in it which i was ok with i order there all the time and understand you really dont know until you pour it and taste it. Then i realize my sub had onions on it which i am allergic too when i requested them to be removed . So i donated the sammich to the trash can . This is twice in the last 2 visits. Looks like its jersey mikes from now on .

The service here is absolutely incredible. I called in today because I didn’t realize my card didn’t go through, they were only open for a half hour and delivered immediately with a reorder. They were also so nice to give me a drink upgrade just because and the manager and delivery driver were so incredibly nice. Clearly someone is running this place right

Ordered online for pick up, said it would take half an hour- got there 35 minutes later and he said ‘I wondered when you’d show up’… The shop was empty. Overall, I’m unimpressed and won’t be buying again. Not a good value. Surprised how small the subs actually were. My fiancé got the Gargantuan and although it had a good amount of meat on it, it really wasn’t big or satisfying whatsoever. My 3 little kids each finished a whole sub within minutes because there wasn’t much to them. There were mistakes as well (I didn’t ask for cucumbers, sloppy/toppings bunched in the middle, weren’t cut in half as requested, not labeled, etc).
Ordering online was easy and convenient. The subs tasted okay, just nothing special. I think I would’ve been better off buying from Subway. The bread is bigger and better tasting. Prices are similar. I’d say the one thing better about subs here is the amount of toppings.

Ordered multiple party boxes -employees unhelpful, sandwiches were tiny, very little meat (much smaller than normal). Very disappointing for us and our guests

Fantastic. Great people, excellent quality meats and sandwiches. Their gluten free wraps are also excellent. My wife and I look forward to drive to get the food and we drive 19 miles from Butler PA.

Best subs ever! I ordered a complete meal drink sandwich chips dessert which is two types of cookies and everything was top notch everything had great flavor great texture . The menu is great. I fully recommend Jimmy John’s Wexford, PA. You can’t go wrong with your selection from sandwich to drink potato chips and cookies.

Placed a large order for over 30 people. The sandwiches were sub par. Many sandwiches only had one piece of bacon tomato and lettuce. ONE piece of BACON is that it. Called the manager and they had the concern of a slug. No offer to replace and no apologies. NEVER will order anything from them again.
