I just went there for the first time to buy something because I’d heard great things about it. I went over to order, greeted the guy there, but he didn’t respond. He gave me a nasty look, then he had a loaf of bread in his hands, threw it down, and rudely asked me what I wanted. I just left. They shouldn’t have people like that working there if they’re going to serve customers so rudely.

I love Jimmy John’s. I first had JJs when living in Tucson and after they opened the JJs in Worcester, I make it a point to pop in anytime I am in the area. The sandwiches are delicious. The service at this location is excellent. Very friendly counter staff. The location is very clean. There is metered parking out front and they deliver if you live/work nearby.

I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s, so I was pleased to find one downtowm. Everything was on point, clean store, friendly and very fast service, as well as (most important) great tasting cold subs. The sandwhich felt very full, there was no slacking on the meat and the bread was fresh (unlike other sub places). Minus one star because I wish there were more tasty options! Otherwise, definitely worth a visit.

I ordered the turkey tom and I did say no tomato and light on the lettuce (only because sometimes the lettuce and mayo make a cole slaw soggy mixture) but I mean there is nothing to this sandwich. One tiny piece of turkey? Very disappointed in the lack of a sandwich.
