I came in this morning, and the guy at the front has a terrible attitude. He’s a larger man with glasses and a gray hat. He seemed angry at the fact that I was the first customer. He kept sighing heavily and complaining. Made me not want to eat my sandwich inside so I ate in the car. Definitely will not be coming back.

I unfortunately have to update my review that originally was 5.
My compliant is specifically about one of employees who is very rude. I’ve never seen such behavior in any restaurant/fast food that they talk sarcastic to customers. Every other person is very nice but her! And this is the 2nd time I have issues with her behavior.
Please advise how I can document my complaint.
PS: the 2 sandwiches I received have no number/name on them. None were packed properly in a bag, together with napkins, etc.
So if I don’t get such services, what the tip is for?

When Jimmy John’s says “Freaky Fast”, they aren’t kidding! My sandwich was ready by the time I was done paying! This place is easily the healthiest, best tasting, fastest, and cheapest food option in the area. I’ll definitely be coming back here!!!

I love JJ subs however, the customer service at this location is lacking for sure. The guy working the register didn’t seem like he wanted to take my order, maybe because I am a minority. I only think that because his body language changed as he was helping a customer after me. My suggestion is to hire more friendly and welcoming individuals if you want returning customers. Thanks.

Never ever again I’m done with this place! I deleted there app from my phone.
I had a reward for buy one combo get 1 0ne half off that expired the next day. By mistake I ordered the items separately I asked the manager to cancel the order and ring it up with the reward. He said that he wouldn’t. So much for customer service. I told him that I would not be back he could care less ! I had been going there since they opened. This managers attitude made me find a new sandwich shop and he did me a big favor. Jersey Mike’s is my go-to place.
I have no plans to go to JJ ever again. I’m going to leave it up to you to pass on this revue. There’s nothing JJ can do to get my business back!

Super fast service. I liked my sub (roast beef, turkey & provolone) better than Subway. The bread was more fresh. The only thing missing was pickles. I thought they came with the sub, but alas they did not. I’ll have 6o stop by again and make sure I try one.

Super quick service. Have never had a sandwich made wrong that I can remember. Quality is good and They are generous with toppings. You can also order online and pickup. They also sell “1-day old bread” for under a dollar and it’s still soft and tasty. Plus they aren’t wasting bread every night!

Freaky Fast, Order on the app and it’s ready within minutes for pickup. Only thing that limits my intake is the delivery radius. I wish you would expend slightly and include the business of Centech/Fortune Blvd in Shrewsbury and that would include the large industrial complex at RT20/Cherry St
