Me and my parents went to Jimmy & Joe’s Pizzeria for lunch out of pure curiosity and interest, it’s really solid and yummy! Love the sauces they made in house, like the ranch, Joe’s sauce, and suicide sauce. I’m very sad they closed locations in Chandler and Gilbert, but I’m so happy that we got to one that’s still in operation. Would LOVE to come back here, you guys make amazing food!

First time here. Ordered meatball sandwich. Young lady was sweet but very quiet soft spoken just facts not complaining. For those who read my reviews I’m candid honest and try to be very detailed. I find it hard to feel other reviews have full integrity based on my experience today. I grew up in a restaurant family so I know good vs not good. Here’s what was good to very great: the bun was fresh and hot and did not get mushy with the marinara on the sandwich, the cheese was not super oily and was tasty , the fries I did not ask for were brown hence I wonder how old the oil might be being hot but not soft in fact very crunchy… Asking not assuming..the concerns are The place was empty when I walked in at 1145a to 1215pm a total of 5 customers is something I noticed… THE 6 MEATBALLS were awful and ruined all the good … Tasted like commercially and frozen not freshly made, no meat flavor only garlic and oregano I could taste. I could not eat the rest of the sandwich. The marinara was adequate but what makes ZERO sense to me is why you serve ice cold marinara to dip a very hot sandwich??? unfortunately very lackluster lunch and 17 bucks and $2 tip made it less enjoyable. Apparently they have won Best of 13 or so years ago in the East valley… Not winning anything positive with this food I’m afraid. I may not likely go back. I prefer to patronize small places like this and truly fuel locals… Maybe the pizza would have been better option??

I had a burger at Jimmy & Joe’s Pizzeria, and it was surprisingly amazing! Even though they’re known for their pizza, the burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The toppings were fresh, and the bun was soft and tasty. It’s great to have more options on the menu, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. Definitely recommend trying the burger if you want something different!

We had our orders taken as soon as we came in with little issue, and the food came out fairly fast. We got the #2 and #3 combos w/ 2 24 oz drinks. Lobby was 85° and although it was cooler than outside it was still noticeable and uncomfortable (hence the low atmosphere score) only one Parmigiano shaker – that was weird.
Apps: Salad, Wings and Cheesy Bacon Fries
Overall the salad was a simple spring mix with diced cucumber, small tomatoes, and sliced carrots. Blue cheese dressing was great in flavor and not overpowering. Spring mix was basic – nothing fancy there.
The wings were really good. Mild was the flavor I went with because I wanted to taste the chicken and not just have it drowned out. Mild was a solid flavor. Only one wing was a let down* and overcooked, but it was due to hardly any meat or skin to protect the flat. The rest were perfect all the way through. Good crunch and plenty of meat. They werent JUMBO – which is ok. They were a great wing. The fries? Worst of the apps. If I had to guess – they use preshredded cheese and precooked bacon. The way they looked arriving to the table, it looks like they ran it under the pizza oven too long. Really need to work on how those are prepped.
Pizza: Serious Slice Cheese, Serious Slice Pepperoni.
The slices were as advertised – MASSIVE, but they were refired after we ordered. Biggest let down of the pizza portions was that it was obvious my Pepperoni was added on to a cheese slice and that my wifes cheese slice was just tossed back in the oven. Flavor was good, portion left us full.
Drinks: 8 fountain options: PEPSI, DIET PEPSI, STARRY, MOUNTAIN DEW, TWO CREAM SODAS, BRISK SWEET AND UNSWEET. They did have bottles of Dr Pepper behind the counter and bottles of water branded with the stores name/designs.
Overall – a good experience. It wasnt perfect execution, but I take food reviews seriously with new places and this score/experience was pretty standard. Hope to see improvements and try a pie next time so it’s guaranteed made fresh and not refired.
Receipt said UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. Might have something to do with the uptick in positive reviews and decrease in negatives. Give it your own shot and hot take like I did.

In a time when you get less than you expected, this place gives you more. The pizza slices were gigantic and the toppings abundant. The side of salad dressing was more than I could eat. I loved it!

Pizza was great, was made pretty quickly, and was less expensive than a lot of other pizza places around. The slices you get are HUGE. 2 slices were plenty for me, I don’t think this picture shows exactly how large they are. Not overly greasy, just the right amount. Will definitely be back when I’m in town again!

First time in. We ordered to- go. The pizza was just that. Nothing to write home about. They should consider toppings to the edge of the crust. A lot of the pizza was uneaten. It was a bit dry as well.

Love, love, love the pizza here. It’s seriously a cut above the rest. And the joe’s chicken sandwich is great! They have ENORMOUS slices and make up to a 24 inch pizza. I had it for the first time on Monday, it was so good I went back on Wednesday. And I’m gonna buy a 24 inch pie for a family pizza night next week. They run specials Sunday/Monday/Tuesday. They also have a challenge but I didn’t see pictures so it must be tough. Go try to beat the gigantic pizza challenge!
