Thank you, thank you for a great family dinner night. My last experience, although a while ago, was not the best. Rude waiter and average food. But this time was completely different. There were 7 of us, and everything we ordered was great. I had not one complaint from the group, and that’s saying something. Our waiter was very friendly and personable, and most importantly of all, patient. With a group this big and particular, it takes a special person. We will be back!

I want to start by saying I wish google had more stars, this place is really a 4.5 out of 5. We had this pita appetizer thing which was really good, but over priced. My wife and I both had the fettuccine Alfredo. I had chicken she had shrimp. The portions are HUGE, we should of shared. Very good love the bread sticks. Meal also came with salads. I had the house garlic dressing. Pro tip you only need half of what they give you. Its really good. Overall good experience, just something seemed a little off with the wait staff, not my waiter she was great but I seen several waiters in a corner near by laughing and being obnoxious. I know I sound like a Karen but it was annoying.

Historic, laid-back, and warm atmosphere with great service. The location has parking available on the side of the building and plenty of seating both inside and out. The restaurant is kid friendly, including plenty of options on the kid’s menu.

I have been to Ladder 11 once before with my Fiancé, and am essentially combining both visits into my overall rating for this establishment. Our first dinner here, within roughly the last 3 months, was excellent. Quick service, excellent firehouse food, and the bar was even flexible enough to make me an Irish Coffee upon request. Today’s visit, while featuring good food and a relaxing atmosphere, was not as stellar when it came to service. Our waitress was rather languid in checking up on us and our food and check arrived after several tables near us, seated with larger parties and who had arrived after we had, had already eaten, paid, and left. I don’t know if it was because of short staffing and an increased table load or a policy of ensuring larger groups receive their food first, but it was certainly strange for the both of us to observe.

The dining area is like that of a saloon with a darker feel. Some red backdrop lights illuminate the back ceilings to offer a little mystic. It was a slower Sunday when I came in, the host took me to a table and I waited a minute for someone to attend – while three or so servers were occupied doing nothing. It seemed to be a miscommunication… a lad eventually noticed me waiting and came to take an order; apologizing in the process.

Wow! What a fantastic total experience! This was my second time visiting and it was even better than the first. The atmosphere was so cool. Great music, our server was boss ! She was very attentive and personable. The food was absolutely incredible. Started with the Creole Cheesecake (wow!!), Cornerstone Salad was delicious and Sully’s Chicken Philly Cheesesteak was a big it! Looking forward to returning.

We’ve been here twice. Food is very good, service is friendly, love the firehouse decor & memorabilia. Menu has many options including gluten free buns (for an upcharge). I’m allergic to wheat so this was important to me. The bun didn’t fall apart & actually tasted good. Decent size drink menu. If I had one critique it would be that the fries are bland but I would eat them again. We will definitely eat here again.

Very good service even though there wasn’t an empty seat in the entire place. Reasonable prices. I wish the hot bbq sauce was hot – wings were fairly bland. Nice rotating draft beer selection. Wish they had NCAA games during March madness instead of golf and preseason baseball.

I liked the fun and unique atmosphere of this restaurant. The pretzel bites with honey mustard and cheese were the highlight of the food. The French onion soup was average. The chicken sandwich was extremely dry and served with not fresh potato chips so I wouldn’t ever order that again. It also didn’t seem like they had enough people working.
