The food was delicious and the drinks were refreshing. The atmosphere of the interior of the dining area was clean and not crowded. Went on 10/1@6pm ish and it was hot inside. The sun was shining through all the glass and that was ok but it felt like the air conditioner wasn’t on. I feel bad for the employees. It was too hot for all the people in my party to finish their meals. Tacos ToGo today.

This use to be one of the better locations, tonight was disappointing. They usually have good tasting Cod tacos , they were not tonight, over cooked and the toppings didn’t seem fresh. Plus the girl at the drive thru just gave my food and drink without the receipt and walked completely away from the window.

My sister took me to this restaurant while I was visiting Sacramento area and their taco’s with the parm cheese on them were so amazing. I’ll definitely like to go back again and try other tasty looking items in their menu.

This location is only good when the older lady is there running the show. My food is cold my tacos do not have crispy edges. When I order enchiladas when the lady is there they are surprisingly good for fast food enchiladas but when the lady is not there the enchiladas sauce is not HOT! Look at the picture my tortillas do not look like hot oil never hit theses taco shells.

I have been to this location n=3 times across a 15 month period.
On one occasion, I received exactly what I ordered. On two other occasions I did not. In one of those cases, the employee actually paused before handing me the bag and asked me, “Did you order xxxx?” What I had ordered was actually = to yyy. I said, “No, I ordered yyy.” She laughed and said, “Ok, no, that’s right. That’s correct.” I paused and asked, “Is this yyy that you are handing me?” She said, “Oh, yea. It is.”
When I got home, what was in the bag was = to xxxx.
Note added from memory: This employee was seen on her cell phone during the wait peirod for my xxxx food.
Anyway, I dined there one time when my order was correct. It was poorly maintained. Several of the tables were not cleaned.
Nobody here is particularly friendly.
Therei s an AutoZone next door to the place that I should review soon.

This location is crazy. We love Jimboys and their food but the staff here is not friendly, closes early/doesn’t answer drive thru speaker just generally unpleasant .Today takes the cake…Hairs (multiple) in our guacamole, long brown hairs- my wife is blonde and I am bald. Six tacos were soggy after requesting extra crispy. Train your employees in customer service and how to make your menu properly.
