Jimboys Tacos is a Sacramento staple. You can find really good tacos and variations of fast Mexican flavor all over Sacramento. But a street taco is not a true taco ,a true taco has some grease to it. There’s some foods where grease equals Love. Home cooking is going to involve some small touch of grease ,that’s how you know it’s made from Love. Smells and tastes like someone loves you enough to give you a fresh hot tasty hug! Their flavor is their brand and it’s so good the owner of the kings ventured to spread the in India… with culturally appropriate modifications of course, which is nothing to sneeze at. Just sayin. Jimboys is a treat. There’s not one bad thing on that menu as far as I’m concerned. Always fresh made,hot and quality consistent. Looks and smells as good as it tastes. Did I mention worth every penny!

Ordered a box of beef tacos about an hour ago, I paid about 30.00 for 9 tacos, I wish I had went to jack in the box they were soaked in grease my stomach is still upset,they must have a new cook 2 years ago they were great now there with jack in the box for that price they should of been better, don’t buy them there I’ll never go back

I order for delivery. I always order the same burrito and I can eat one everyday. I love Jimboys! However, I always order salsa and I NEVER get it. I suggest they check the orders more carefully and include all items ordered.

Food is always consistent at this location. Quality food I only wish that it would be more affordable $22 for 6 Tacos, not cheap but a treat went through the drive through and not indoor dining.

I actually stopped for the legendary beef tacos & as always, the food and service were 5 star but this particular location has some amazing graffiti art on a neighboring wall so I stopped and snapped a few pics for those who are not used to seeing graffiti on walls it’s not all unsightly scribbling it is an art and one of the four elements of Hip Hop

The food is ok. The burgers taste like burgers that you can make at home so I probably won’t buy them again. The tacos are what this place is known for. I ordered the 6 pack. They taste ok. The beef is decent. The hot sauce isn’t very good. It has a burnt flavor. The tacos are unique but I’ll stick to places like Tacos Exxpress or La Favorita or Aldalbertos.

Jimboy’s has been a staple in the greater Sacramento area since the mid 60’s which is centrally located on Stockton Blvd, between Colonial Park, and Lawrence Park, across the street from Popeyes with plenty of parking, drive thru window and indoor dining, the food is outstanding considering it’s a fastfood, with reasonable prices and a large selection of combination plates five Stars hands down

I ordered through the app but chose the wrong location (my fault). But I went to call the store and never got through. It would ring for 30 seconds before stating there voicemail was full. Was never able cancel the order or get my refund.
