Nice to see they use wheel ground beef.Unlike Taco Bell at ease, synthetic, who knows what Jim boys uses real meat. That’s why it tastes so good!! Don’t ever lower your standards

I am standing outside right now and your business is not open. Hours say 10am-9pm. The lights are off and the door is locked. I can see an employee in the kitchen. Please update your hours.

I have always longed for a place that makes tacos the American way. To be honest I think their tacos are better then home made and definitely better then any other taco place. I ordered a taco and a burrito because I didn’t think judging from the price that I would get full from the burrito but I was wrong. I probably could have got full on the taco alone.

The restaurant was busy around noon, we ordered one cheese quesadilla, one stuffed quesadilla with chicken, two ground beef tacos, a wild pacific cod fish of taco and a classic burrito. The pace charges 2.9% if you’re using a credit card. The food took a good 20 minutes. The fish taco had a thin piece of fish with batter, fresh cabbage and tomato, the shel was crispy with a nice dusting of Parmesan on the outside. The rest
Of the food was ok if you are hungry, the disappointment was when it came to the classic burrito, it was hot to the touch and I let it cool down a bit, when I grabbed it I noticed that it had an oily feeling, I padded the burrito outside to dry it out before eating it, the napkins kept absorbing the oil, I opened the burrito in order to dry it out but to my disappointment the oil came flowing down. I have the feeling that the meat was flashed fried on the fryer and it was not possible to eat. The only thing I have to mention is that the cashier was really nice.

Easily one of the best burritos I’ve found. What the heck w the AC in the blazing hot dining room ? You trying to kill your crew ? Please get that fixed , this is a great spot with very good six-star food.

Disappointing experience at Jimbos. Service was efficient but overall experience was not pleasant. Chips were stale and the Coke freestyle machine only had mello yellow available. It would at least be nice if they informed customers of this before buying a beverage.

I had the ground beef tacos, they were were so greasy. Greasy was all over the paper and seeped threw to the table. I will never eat here again. My friend had the quesadilla and she liked hers. That’s why you are getting one star for her! None from me. Im suffering heart burn as my typing this review!

I was pleasantly surprised. Was expecting it to be another Del Taco but the food was pretty good. I bought the ground beef tacos dusted in parmesan (although I heard several order without it) I like the way they cook their shells. Similar to my homemade tacos.

If I lived in the area I would order them, add tomatoes, maybe sour cream (if I’m feeling like a foodie) then douse with my favorite Crystal Louisiana Hot Sauce. The dish that pushed it to a 4 was the ground beef enchiladas WITH a side of sour cream. I didnt critique the sauce as much but it was pretty good. Gave my local fav Mexican spot a run for their $$. If they were local to me, I would be an enchilada ordering son of a…shut yo mouth. They even balance the meal out with a nice salad. I stuck my fork in mine so if the picture looks off its because I dug in and snapped pics after I started.

Anyway I vouch for the enchiladas and will try again when I pass through the area. Restaurant was clean, the ladies worked hard and cooked like home, and they were serious but friendly. I’ll share pics but it looks like we all shared the same scenery. Lol so I guess you can take it as consistent feedback. Nice job, Jimboy’s

Definitely don’t expect Mexican food. This is America’s version of what tacos are. The original ground beef taco here tastes like a cheeseburger. This place isn’t for me, I’d rathee go next door to InNOut for a better, cheaper meal.

The person working the front counter is rude and sarcastic. When asking a question the person responds with insults like “obviously” or when my daughter corrected the order stating that she wanted two meals not one, and what’s the price the person said “same price I just told you $14.90”. Ummm no, that is the price for the one meal so obviously not. This isn’t the first time this person has been this way. Customer service is a large percent of your business. You keep that person around, you’re going to lose customers.
