They put the saddest amount of sour cream for the loaded taquitos. I’ve been to jimboys all over sacramento and they put way more at other location. If to love your taquitos with more than a little spoonful I suggest you find a better place.

Gave it a shot 3 times over the years and the food, yes the food is the saddest attempt at Jimboys goodness I’ve ever had.
This time I emailed corporate about my experience literally 3 times and no one followed up and it’s been weeks.
Might return to a jimboys in the future but never again this location.

Went to a different location than I normally do. Food was good as always. The salsa bar was limited. There were no onions, chopped jalapenos just the 4 sauces.

Not a fan of the ground beef. We go for the chicken Tacos. The shredded chicken is really good. I also liked the churros.
The issue with this location is i feel as though I’m guessing when they are open. Had too many times in the past when I drive over and they aren’t open (mostly due to staffing issues). I hope that is resolved now.

Best tacos around. Fast food atmosphere, nothing special, but excellent service and great (ground beef) tacos. The burritos are great, just not what you’re used to. Simple meat, bean, and (homemade) tortillas, not loaded and fat like American burritos. Go for the tacos!

Walked in for tacos at 2:23. Waited in line until they came out at 2:29 to tell us they close at 2:30. Bad experience, will not be returning to this location.

Been two times… first time was served cold food but we figured we’d try one more time because jimboys is one of our favorite taco places. We will not be going back. Over a thirty minute wait this time, received cold food, added on sour cream and didn’t get it, tacos were the skimpiest I’ve ever seen, could go on and on. Pretty sad really

One of the most friendliest staff I’ve seen. They are so good at closing and opening. They always have a smile on their face. It’s nice when they have a good polite tone and they talk really nice to the customers. Some of the customers are very rude but they handle the situation really good. They even get cussed at?! Over tacos?! Anyways they are really good at Jimboy’s and I will be coming back

I ordered a chicken bowl. All I got was a bunch of shredded, lettuce, and uncle, Ben’s rice. I couldn’t even find any chicken on there. The chicken must have been the cheese, which was hardly any of that. I found maybe five beans, and it was lukewarm.
