Very disappointed in this establishment; I frequent the one over off Folsom Blvd and Sunrise; however I took 2 bites of my taco and saw a dead bug. I completely lost my appetite. I immediately went back to the restaurant and told the worker taking money, the workers were saying it’s burnt cheese with such attitude. Burnt cheese doesn’t have tiny legs. I asked for a refund and they were offended and quite rude, stating they needed to take money off total as I didn’t return all the food. I advised I returned everything I originally received and frankly after this, I wouldn’t want to eat anything from them again.

I ordered $45 worth of food and it was garbage! The ground beef in the tacos had no flavor and it was mushy, the french fries were still hard in the middle. The bean burritos were dry and had no cheese and the chicken burritos had no flavor and were mushy as well!! I wasn’t aware the location was under new ownership, had I known I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Unless you wanna waste your money on food at this location, don’t go!!

The young man with long hair is clearly incompetent. I go throught the drive through and he says my card declined I say impossible I just used it, try again it goes through he hands me my food and says bye and I say what about my drinks? “Oh that’s right” then I get home and honest truth only one out of five tacos had Parmesan cheese on the shell the other four were just plain with grease in their little packet!?

Yum, yum, yum! Everything was delicious and I can’t wait to come back! Wish I lived closer so I could come every couple of weeks or sooner! Everything I tried was really good. And I love the salsas! I gave service 4 stars because it took awhile to get our order but I highly recommend others to call ahead and do a pick up order if they allow it.
