Customer service, NOT here! After a 12 hour RN shift my wife went through the drive through here. Upon arrival home we noticed that we were missing half our order. 3 chicken tacos and the chips that came with the chips & Gauc. We grabbed the receipt and went back to the store. My wife went in with her recipient where she was told that she was wrong and that she did receive all of the order, and that since she did not bring all the food back that there was no proof. The employee was then resistant to giving back the receipt to my wife. We left shocked. Most food establishments want you to keep coming back and fix mistakes while being nice about it, not this place.

I’ve been to this location many times, and they’ve had trouble with my order many times. They don’t double-check with me if they can’t hear, they just assume they know what I’m ordering. My most recent experience was simple; 3 bean tacos, 1 ground beef taco, 1 bean and cheese burrito. After waiting at the window for a prolonged amount of time, they gave us our food. The bean and cheese burrito had guacamole and sour cream on it (which it has never had before). My friend who is ALLERGIC TO AVOCADO didn’t realize until she had already eaten a bit and felt her throat swelling up. Needless to say, we won’t be going back there for quite awhile.

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
I found a huge piece of hair in my food at Jimboy’s Tacos, and when I reached out to the company, no solution or apology was offered. Not even the decency of a response. This isn’t just a bad experience—it’s a health code violation.
Hair in food is not only revolting, it shows a complete lack of cleanliness and quality control in the kitchen. What’s worse is the zero accountability from corporate or local management. If this is how they handle serious complaints, I can’t imagine what else is being overlooked.
I will absolutely never eat here again, and I strongly suggest others reconsider before risking their health. Do better, Jimboy’s.

Very disappointed, bought 6 breakfast burritos this morning. I do appreciate them for taking my order so it was ready when I picked up. Only reason I gave them 2 stars.
4 of the burritos had egg shells in them. 3 of the burritos was suppose to have bacon in them. I do not believe that any of them had bacon in them.
I called and spoke to I believe he was the manager and he just acted like he didn’t care. I do not even think he apologized. I didn’t even ask him for a refund. But his lack of caring really disappointed me. As much as I loved him, boys’s breakfast burritos, I will not use this gym boy location again.

It’s been a while since I visited a Jimboys. Back then, they had soft tacos and corn tacos. I am allergic to corn, so, I don’t eat it. I pulled in asking for a soft taco and made sure they did that.
When I pulled up, the women informed me tha it’s called the “El Gordo” and gave me a total of $17 for two tacos. I asked for a manager and he informed me they don’t do soft tacos anymore. That’s fine, that’s not my complaint, my complaint is that they didn’t clarify to me that the El Gordo is just a really big soft taco, a larger version of what I’m looking for.
Had I of known that, I would have ordered just one and been on my way. Instead, I chose to figure this out on my own. Won’t be back to this location.

The food is hot and miss, they ride on the reputation they have for their tacos. Service is always eye rolling. (Not from me) They didn’t know how to help with the app, I’m a family of 7. So I don’t walk out of there spending at least 80 dollars a time. So yeah. Although I know I may have big orders they re never right and food seems to be thrown in the containers. And or I don’t get my full order. When addressed, nothing is offered to fix the situation, not even the missing items. (Drinks)
