Love Jimboys. Fast and delicious mexican food. Just as good as I rememberd from when I use to live in Reno. Was one of my must eat places and was fully satisfied I made it a priority.

They have become way over priced for their greasy tiny portions. Paid $9 for a beef burrito and could have gotten a bigger one at taco bell. It was tiny and sloppy for the price! Charged me for the wrong thing and could care less to make it right. Charged me for the more expensive item. Do they do this on purpose?

My most recent experience was that I politely asked the counter staff person several times to hold just one thing from the item that I ordered as they had seemed to miss me asking them to hold it the last few times I ordered it. Not some huge list of modifications. Just leave off ONE thing. Usually I just pick it off when they don’t hold it in spite of my asking. Having gone in to order at the counter this time and having felt I had made it very very clear what I wanted, I asked them to please fix it. My request was met with irritated eye rolls and huffing. I could forgive them making a mistake. I worked in food service for a very long time and I totally get that stuff happens. But their rudeness about it this last time has made up my mind never to return. (In addition to their general lack of basic courtesy during the ordering process etc that has been the norm there for a while.) It sucks because I used to really love it as a weekend guilty pleasure.

Very good inexpensive tacos. Although the second time went back second day to get more the older lady was real grumpy with me…. I get it im a white guy she is Latin and in today’s climate I get it . Please understand some of us white people are actually Allies and want to support a good local taco shop instead of Taco Bell. If a white man is in your Latin owned business they are there because we support you…

Great food. Went there and got a burrito and tacos. Delicious. Went a couple days later. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered a ground beef Tahoe burrito. Ended up receiving a burrito without any meat in it. Additionally, even though I asked for a ground beef burrito, they charged me for a steak burrito. Paid almost $15 dollars for a glorified BRC and a tiny drink. Was already back at work and couldn’t return. Not a great 2nd visit.

The young girl who works the register needs to be let go. She’s super rude, is apparently incapable of listening to what customers order, and then gave my wife a bunch of attitude when she wanted the order corrected.
My wife doesn’t like the lettuce on her tacos. She reiterated 3 separate times that she didn’t want the lettuce on her tacos (we’ve dealt with this girl before, and she messed up our order last time too). When the order came out, wouldn’t you know, there was lettuce on the tacos. When we asked to have them remade without lettuce, the girl side-eyed my wife with enough attitude that even I noticed it and then went back and made jokes with the other kids working in the back and made comments about my wife in Spanish (my wife speaks enough Spanish to understand). When we got the corrected order, the girl was yet again super rude about it to my wife.
Bottom line, if we go back (probably will not for quite some time) and this girl is still there, we’re leaving.
10/10 there needs to be some adult supervision of the kids who work here because you’re going to turn off a lot of customers.

I ordered a double cheese burger here and it was actually pretty good. I also got the new burger taco which was good to. The girl’s here have always been nice. The prices as you can see aren’t too bad. Not much room inside any longer because they have to abide by the new regulations which is no good. I’ll keep going back, their tacos and bean & cheese burritos are always good. Oh and for who knows how long they are charging $1 more for beef.
