Food is amazing! Soo much flavor in the French toast. The breads they use aren’t your typical sliced breads. They are using premium ingredients here. Hand cut bacon. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Homefries were nicely seasoned. Our waitress Jennifer was very friendly. All the staff were very welcoming. We’ll be back next weekend!

The food was way better than expected, it was delicious!! The Pistachio Muffin I got togo was on point ❤️ The service from Bella was outstanding, and the cook went above and beyond to be sure everything was to my liking! He even accommodated a regular at the counter who asked for the crust to be removed from her sandwich. That right there is amazing customer service! A+++ All around! Good luck Jimbo, it was a pleasure meeting you today, I will certainly be seeing you again!

Great Food, I met the owner a few months ago when they opened and he really cares about the business! Just tried the food for the first time and it was great! I got the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and a side of homefries. Bagel was very fresh and the homesfries had a great amount of seasoning.

Where do I start? Isabella our server was OUTSTANDING!! She was so sweet and thorough, being our first time here we had a lot of questions. She was extremely helpful. You are lucky to have her on your team. I suggest if you come in to visit you ask for Isabella’s station she will take great care of you. The food was also AMAZING! I am super picky when it comes to breakfast but these pancakes were all that and a bag of chocolate chips . It is nice to have other options in Franklin for breakfast and this will by far be my number one pick

Great new breakfast addition for Franklin! Ate here this morning on Day 4 of their first week. Food was good – Florentine benedict with actual poached eggs (rather than shortcut over easy some places do). Highly recommend giving them a try! Keep an open mind – I’m sure they’re still working out new business issues and were very open to feedback.

Today was the first time I have tried Jimbo’s New York diner in Franklin, Massachusetts And I wanted to give an honest review about their food so here it goes. Jimbo’s NY Diner has some of the best eggs and pan fries one can ask for but their homemade Corned beef hash is out of this world. I personally do not know what they put in it or how they make this extravagant tray, but it is well worth it. It bursts with flavor and it’s just like what Mama used to make. You will not be disappointed and will want to come back for more

Simply impeccable! Jimbos does a wonderful job, and you can feel the care in every dish. The pancakes are soft, fluffy, and delicious, the kind you eat slowly just to savor every bite. The omelets are generously filled, perfectly cooked, with fresh and well-seasoned ingredients.

It was so good! The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. If you order an omelet, be ready — it comes with a lot of food! Definitely worth it and I’ll be coming back.

Clean place, waiter is attentive. It was my first time there and it didnt dissapoint. I got the bagel lox and it was fresh and delicious. The capers were also on point. Some places serve mediocre capers but these were great. Also got the cinnamon French toast, and they were amazing. Fruit was fresh and sweet too.
Great experience, enjoyed my meal and it was well priced too. Will go again!
