Night staff there is extremely rude. They’ll make your order however they want to including soggy fries and be rude about it in the process. They’ll get in your face as if they want to fight. I used to order here multiple times a week but only during the day, seems like only the day staff have common sense,decency & respect

I just had one of the best 4 oz cheeseburger specials in a long time. The fries were nice and soft but well done, the. The burger was delicious and tasty not too much mayo or lettuce or anything. Just perfect. I’m pregnant too so you know when you’re pregnant you can tell what’s good and what isn’t. I’m glad I decided to go to Jimbos instead of anywhere else. And then it came with a fountain drink I had a half and half lemonade and fruit punch. I just got off work I ate it All and now I am about to take a nice nap. I’m satisfied and see good or the night thanks Jimbos

The guy who answers the phone is always rushing and with an attitude the way the reviews say. Lately the ice coffee taste like coca cola mixed with coffee. I had it with milk, then tried it again black to see if it was maybe me, had my husband try it without telling and he said the same thing. The guy on the phone is the owners son, he should teach him some customer service!

Me and my wife decided to try this spot after walking past it several times. Customer service was great, our meal was prepared quickly and most importantly the food was amazing. This is a local business we will continue to support for years to come. Highly recommended.

I have been ordering from here for about 20 years…they used to have good food priced reasonably. Over the years the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up, like with almost everything. Lately though, the younger guy who sometimes answers the phone has been extra obnoxious…for no reason whatsoever he has started pretending he can’t understand me when I give my address, regardless if I say it in English or Spanish. The first time I thought we had a bad connection…the second time I was skeptical…and this last time it was obvious he was doing it on purpose.
Needless to say I will never order from here again; no great loss at this point.
