I am basing my review on a take out order for pizza. The pizza was fantastic. We will definitely consider order again and has become one of my favorites in the area based on taste.
However, I can’t give 5 stars because of the this “tech” fee for ordering online. You give me a coupon to use only online and then charge me almost $1.50 to order online? That’s a expense your business should deal with and not pass on to the customer. I always surprised to get hit with a credit card fee when paying. Again, with that fee, my $4 online savings isn’t actually a savings anymore due to “hidden” type fees. Charge what you actually need to do business and don’t add on fees, it’s not customer friendly.

The pizza on the left was actually cooked well done. That’s the way I’ve been asking for it since I started going here. After maybe 10 times of ordering from this location they got one of the two pizzas I ordered right this time, and it was cooked perfectly. I do love their pizza, but wish they could follow directions better.

Had a last minute family gathering at my house. Ordered pizza’s online. Was ready in 25 minutes and I sent my nephew to pick up. Everyone was in love with the marghretia pizza. We love your thin crust. My husband loves stopping for slices. Great deal! Place is clean. Ordering online is fast and efficient. Lots of specials. Staff is friendly.

Food is usually always good! However, this time the fried mushrooms were horrible. The mushrooms were placed in a styrofoam container directly from the fryer. The hot food melted the styrofoam. The mushrooms tasted like melted plastic and a bit burnt. I wonder if they were first placed into another styrofoam container that melted worse. Then placed in the one in the photo which still melted but not as bad. The breading was minimal. Almost like the breading was cooked off of the mushrooms. I have never seen fried mushrooms in this pour of a condition before. Hot food directly out of a fryer should not be placed in stryofoam container. The BLT pizza was very delicious as always.
The restaurant is always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We don’t go often, but when we do, our visit is usually a pleasant one.

Great customer service. Ordered delivery through GrubHub and the pizzas arrived completely destroyed. They looked like they were tossed and sat on. I called Jimanos and they apologized and promptly replaced my pizzas. Love their pizza and we order from here at least once a month if not more. Only advice I would give would be maybe check the pizzas before the driver leaves and don’t tip in advance.

The last 2 visits to this place have been HORRIFIC! The last time we came here, my wife got food poisoning from a slice of pizza. She had to be hospitalized. This was about 7 months ago. Last week we decided to try them again because in spite of the last experience the food was tasty. Again the next day my wife ended up in the emergency room again with a diagnosis of food poisoning. It was stupid to revisit the same place again. We won’t be back again.

Picked up a couple pizzas and their amazing breadsticks! We were impressed that they had vegan options or pizza which allowed our oldest son to be able to enjoy pizza with his bad dairy allergy. This is the only place we have found near us that offer vegan cheese which made him feel normal to enjoy pizza with us. We all enjoyed the food and will definitely visit again!

I’ve never had anything bad from Jimanos. Their food is always good. Slices every day until 3. The Italian beef slice on Tuesdays is . Wednesday’s are 50% off any size pizza, which is the perfect mid week meal. They also have excellent other foods, like sandwiches and pasta, as well as other deals/coupons/specials that are worth checking out. My biggest critique is that the sandwiches are quite expensive to not include any side, like a fry. $12 for a wrap without anything is pretty steep when other places charge around the same price and include fries. So we don’t get some of their foods that we’d like to try or have more often, due to cost. As a restaurant consultant, I get it, but maybe including a SM fry from 11-3, and $1 for a MD fry upgrade or something will entice people like me.
