Kristin/Kristen, who claimed to be the manager is horrific. What was initially a call to express our dissatisfaction in the quality of food, turned into a back and forth match with Kristin/Kristen telling me that I was lying about my complaint. She had a very cold, condescending tone from the time we initially placed our order as if we were inconveniencing her. Please appoint a more polite, professional order taker. Someone with such unprofessionalism and bland personality should not be answering phones or taking orders. She acted as if my complaint about the food was a personal attack against her. Needless to say no rectification or compensation was offered or honored, instead my family and I spent the night disposing of the undercooked, distasteful pizza and wings. This specific location is horrendous.

The food here is good, nothing out of the ordinary, but good and consistent. The service is good, quick and friendly. My only complaint is that the fries are often not cooked enough, so be sure to ask for them will done or crispy.

Unbelievably good. Sauce was perfect. Ingredients were fresh and plentiful. Inside seating was clean but didn’t have “atmosphere”, almost fast food but the pizza is definately not. Highly recommend!!
