Jimano’s is one of my all time favorite thin crust pizzas. The crust is always thin and crispy, sauced to the edges with the most delicious sauce, loaded with toppings, and baked to perfection. My go to pizza is the Pepperoni Deluxe add sausage and extra sauce. The bread sticks are also very addictive. And on top of it all Bill and his staff do a phenomenal job. If you haven’t been here you are missing out. Wednesday it’s also half price any one pizza which is a crazy deal! So happy to finally have a Jimano’s in Wisconsin!

Next update: While waiting for a carry-out that I arrived early to pick-up- I had chance to see or meet with other locals who’re like me with this as new favorite pizza. The staff also recognizing us as local & regulars had everyone leaving quickly with a smile.
Updated review: Now having ordered a carry-out pizza I’m even more impressed. The time to prepare it was good, but seeing it steaming when I carried it out in 86 degree weather is impressive. Upon second tasting I very much like the great sausage topping.
Upon first order I believe I’ve found a new favorite pizza delivery in Brookfield. There are several “pretty good” places in the area, each having their own flavor and most having good service. However after ordering an 18″ double dough crust Cheese, Sausage, Mushroom & Onion. Having VERY prompt phone and delivery service, pizza delivered in approx 45 minutes. These were all good signs- opening the box to reveal what looked a perfectly cooked, uniform distribution of toppings as well as golden browning of the cheese/toppings looked great.
The taste didn’t disappoint at all! The sausage was of medium hot/spicy, while I prefer a little more spicy I can add red peppers- the sausage used should be enjoyable to people with all tastes. Likewise, afterward it did not leave me feeling thirsty which seems most often caused by spicy sausage.

I’ve ordered Jimano’s 4 times now, and every single time the pizza has been perfect. Each time I did take out, and while a few of the times had a bit of a wait for the pizzas to finish, it was 100% worth it.

The regular crust is really good. Quality toppings and plenty of cheese. They sell slices at the counter.
We ordered the thin crust and bread sticks. I suggest getting it “well-done.” The crust has a great flavor and the plentiful cheese and quality toppings make this a filling thin crust…well worth the price! The breadsticks are absolutely incredible! The texture is crispy on the outside. Still fluffy on the inside.

We tried this place for the first time last week and we were super impressed with the pizza. Not a lot of places outside of Milwaukee county do a proper thin crust. This was excellent. Just the right amount of cheese, sauce and toppings. The bread sticks were really good too. They are different than most other places bread sticks. Super buttery and flavorful. The staff was fast and friendly. I will definitely be back in the future.

Update: We tried it again 2 more times since our original review. Much better and ingredients are so fresh! I think there was a learning curve when they first started. Although, we still haven’t had a great experience with delivery so we’ve resorted to pick up.
We were excited to see a new pizza place opening so close to home. We ordered the pepperoni supreme since the regular sausage supreme was out of stock.
The pizza itself was pretty good but seemed overcooked. I wouldn’t say it’s better than other pizza places in the area at this premium price. $$
Although I did find it interesting, they put the toppings before the cheese layer, and the veggies were fresh.

This pizza is absolutely phenomenal! From the first bite, the crust was perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy inside, creating the ideal base. The sauce was rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of tangy and sweet, complementing the fresh, generous toppings beautifully. The cheese melted to perfection, gooey and stretchy, adding that classic pizza goodness. Our third visit to Jimano’s last night showed that it is becoming more popular in the neighborhood. We had to wait briefly for our online order, but the lively pizzeria impressed us. The busy staff greeted us with smiles and worked efficiently, which is impressive considering they just opened a month ago and were training someone new.
The pizza tastes great and is cooked just right. The sauce hits the perfect balance—it’s not salty or sweet. I hadn’t tried green olives on pizza before, and they are my new favorite topping. With Italian sausage, it’s a must-try! I’ve also heard good things about their wings, sandwiches, and salads. I can’t wait to try everything on the menu! The wait was definitely worth it because we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious pizza.
