Stopped in here for our 1st visit…GREAT FOOD,SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE..cheese muffins on point moist and delicious..smoked turkey was also excellent subtle smoke flavor and juicy meat..cole slaw is good ( vinegar based) I prefer mayo but was still good. Potato salad was mashed and chunks..very good..chicken tenders fried to perfection and not dry..collard greens had GREAT FLAVOR could use just a lil more cook time. Mac & cheese was terrific also.. white sauce is the best around…we took home a bottle definitely some excellent bbq and a worthwhile stop!!

The corn bread they put like a free entree is very good.
I order a Yunling beer draft, a sandwich of Carolina special but the best was the mac and cheese i ordered as a side.
They have some tvs and I can see the MNF.

The food came fast and although the potatoes were lukewarm the loaded macaroni was hot. The waitress was extremely busy and took another table’s order who sat after us before taking ours (has to ask her to take our orders) regardless she was still absolutely pleasant and extremely nice.

BBQ at It’s Finest! Our server who is the bartender of 11 years, Tamara, makes the visit that much better… if that’s possible! She said get the cheese biscuits 1st, we did and dang….so good. Did the JNN Classics with Turkey and pulled pork…no knife required cause it’s just that tender. The sauces are excellent, baked beans…great, and potato salad is a must have! This location, part of a chain, is top notch and a must visit if you’re staying near, passing through or a local. Sit at the bar and ask for Tamara, she is the epitome of excellent!

The food was great and arrived quickly. Our waitress was very nice and helpful when we asked about the meal sizes. Good BBQ, and the nachos were unique and tasty, and a large enough portion to feed 2. Women’s bathroom was clean.

Everything about this experience was amazing, the baby back ribs were tasty and the biscuit were great as well. Our server was awesome the whole time by being quick to save the day when our little brother spilled his drink. If we ever are in trussville again we WILL be stopping!

I could’ve gotten a bigger burger at Jack’s. Seriously I expected a better burger from a BBQ place of this caliber. Maybe a hand patted burger??!!! Bland tasting pre fab Pattie. This was so small and what looks like a pre made Pattie at that!! Then to add insult to injury I had to pull up in the drive through and wait 5 mins for THIS!! Just a whole disappointment and a waste of my money.

Just moved to Alabama from Washington state a few weeks ago and this was our first taste of southern BBQ, it was divine. Delicious pulled chicken and pork, as well as their brisket. My girlfriend loved her baked potato, and their cheddar biscuits were tasty too. Staff was kindly and attentive, location was clean and our food came pretty quick. Will definitely be coming back to visit again soon.

Came in today 8:52 to be exact the lady in the drive thru was very rude . I was trying to think about what I wanted to order she made the statement “we close in 5 minutes” ok captain obvious!! I know that then they shorted me on my ribs. I get your ready to go home but don’t be rude and work on your customer service skills .

I went through the drive-through and ordered the lunch express special of Barbecue baked potato with a large sweet tea it was 1671. no problem however when I got up to the window, I had an issue with unlocking my debit card so it declined it instead of holding up the line I pulled around. I got it to fix so instead of going back to the line I went inside to the takeout to try to order the same thing since I just placed my order I didn’t want the food they prepared to go to waste. It ended up being two dollars more and I specifically asked. Would it be the same price I was told yes the lady at the counter was a bit spacey. If you get my meeting, I was a bit disappointed and having to pay two dollars more for the same thing yes it may only be two dollars but it’s the point and she tried to tell me that that two dollars was because they packaged it. They packaged it at the window too so what’s the difference and that was only $.49 which I could’ve lived with but don’t lie to my face. I still got the order but at this point, I don’t know if I will go back to this particular, Jim and Nick cause I kind of feel lied to because I was.
