Such a good little BBQ gem in Pace! The hospitality here was top-notch — super friendly, inviting, and really clean inside. Every employee we talked to was kind and helpful from the moment we walked in to the time we left.
We started with the deviled eggs and cheese biscuits (total fan fave ). For mains, we had the southern burger with fries (so good), the smoked honey habanero BBQ wings, and the Carolina mustard wings — both were awesome, especially dipped in their ranch! (If you’re a ranch lover like our family, you’ll love it too.) My youngest got the kids’ chicken tenders and fries — and of course, her ranch!
We finished it off with their banana pudding, which was so good! The place is super cute and clean, and even though it’s a chain, it’s definitely well-managed. The patio area outside is really nice, and the drive-thru has plenty of space too.
If you’re looking for great BBQ in Pace, this is the spot!!

I went inside for my take out order. I got 2 hamburger combos with bacon and fries. They never gave me cups for drinks so I didn’t get drinks with my combos. I got a slaw for $3.99 in a 1 inch thick container and it isn’t even full. It is so ridiculously sour that it ended up in the trash. I have never had such disgusting coleslaw. The fries are extremely over salted so I couldn’t eat them either. Onion rings were good but for $5.99 I paid a dollar per onion ring. The burgers are just small frozen patties with no flavor. The wings had a fake liquid smoked flavor and were incredibly greasy for some reason. Couldn’t even taste buffalo sauce on them. Didn’t get my carrots or celery that the menu says comes with wings. Ranch is like straight buttermilk with very little to no seasonings in it and super watery. My total was almost $48 and I am extremely mad. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I’m typically not the biggest fan of BBQ menu items but will never say no to a visit to Jim ‘N Nick’s!
Atmosphere: The space had a rustic, clean look with a large dining area and seating at their bar!
Service: The ordering process and food preparation is extremely quick. If you come hungry, you really do not have to wait long. The workers here continuously check up on you to make sure you have everything you need. Hailey was very kind during our visit!
Menu items: We got the Brisket Mac N Cheese Bombs, BBQ Turkey Sandwich with potato salad, and BBQ Chicken Sandwich with baked beans! I always get the same order (Turkey Sandwich) and lather it up with their signature BBQ sauce and highly recommend their new Brisket Mac N Cheese Bombs as an appetizer!

Every-time our drinks were half-full, someone came to refill them. The food came out fast, made-to-order, and delicious.

Had a great experience at Jim ’N Nick’s! The food was absolutely delicious and everything came out fresh and flavorful. The service was just as impressive. Hailey, the host, was incredibly welcoming and set the tone for a great visit right from the start. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel taken care of the entire time. Between the amazing barbecue and the excellent hospitality, this place definitely deserves 5 stars. We’ll definitely be back!

Kristen C. was amazing and tentative. Extremely friendly I am willing to come back just because of her! The food was good, the sauces are even better. I ordered the 3 meat combo plate and was disappointed with the portion sizes of the meat. The marbled brisket is to die for and the turkey is amazing. I would have added photos, but I was too hungry to take pics. lol. MacNCheese was a bit dry, and I can’t put my finger on what the potato salad was missing. The corn bread was really good.

Great experience. We grew up in Birmingham,Al and remember eating at Jim and Nick’s community BBQ. So this was a treat to have one in Pace. The food was awesome. We both had the classic pulled pork plate. We were very pleased with the taste. The muffins served before the meal were some of the best we have had. Our server, Josh, did a great job in taking care of us. We highly recommend eating here.

This was our first time at Jim N Nick’s in Milton, FL. We were pleasantly surprised about the whole experience. From beginning to end, the staff was on point, friendly and so very well mannered (Southern mentality). We ordered wings, baked beans (amazing!), the Carolina style pork plate (the pork was excellent), all was really great. The tableside service was excellent. In this establishment, everybody pitches in. Kudos to Ian. He’s a fine young man with a service oriented heart. He took great care of us. Great job, Ian! And Haley, who served our wine and beer was joyous, attentive and, as I like to see, stayed busy, and not just behind the bar.
Love the atmosphere. It’s open with a modern scheme of black, white and wood. Very sharp. Overall, I give it a 5 out of 5. It was a very nice experience.

The food was delicious and worth the prices. Service was friendly, helpful, & attentive. The atmosphere was clean & pleasant to be in. They have a full bar, but we just went for lunch after church. Surprisingly, there was no line, but most tables were taken. We enjoyed sitting at the higher tables just fine. We had a to-go order for dad, and his food came out quickly before we even started eating. I prefer this BBQ place more than another one that most people enjoy locally. I’ll only be coming here from now on.
