Excellent, quality food. Has a few rotating soup options throughout the week. Everything we had (french dip, chicken bacon ranch, broccoli cheddar, potato soup, mac n cheese, and bread) tasted fresh. Potato soup was the favorite at our table. Sandwiches were both great too. Mac n cheese had a very good organic flavor. They emphasize fresh and even local ingredients. I’ll be trying the noodles on my next visit. Drinks were all from a small cooler; adequate selection (water, soda, tea, flavored water drinks). Server was very friendly. Even watched her help a random older customer exit after he picked up his order. Only about 5 tables (half high, half low 4-tops). May not have a restroom???? Easily a Top 5 spot in the area for soup and a sandwich for its quality and price point. Definitely worth a try!

Cute little eatery. They had no issues customizing the ramen to avoid certain ingredients for me due to some food sensitivities. We delicious and large portions. Husband said his ramen was delicious and hit the spot!

The Taiwanese Sweet Beef Ramen was amazing. Rich broth, tender beef, and fresh, perfectly cooked ingredients. I’ve lived in parts of Asia over the years and haven’t often found soup this good in East Tennessee. You have to give it a try!

Absolutely loved this new local gem! They offer a variety of soups, and I tried the Taiwanese Sweet Beef Ramen—flavorful, comforting, and honestly fabulous. We also couldn’t resist the cheesecake, and it was just as delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something warm and tasty!

First time here long story but won’t share details my sister and I stopped in she love’s potato soup and her husband makes a pot to die for with ALL the toppings to go..she got a bowl here and said it was incredibly awesome taste texture flavor toppings everything!!! I got the roast beef with cheese and ajus the crusty bread it came on was perfect cheese melted perfectly beef tender juice was awesome not to salty savory just right for Dunkin my sister and I split it so yummy I wished I had some real grated horseradish didn’t ask for any they may have had some…a really great sandwich, quite place, clean, small, I highly recommend, can’t wait to try other soups and sandwiches ONLY once a month, limited income and they are a little pricey but the quality is well worth it, thank you for a wonderful meal

I went in last night for dinner and talked to the owner and he’s incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. He offered me samples of everything. His soups are fantastic especially his chili. After looking over the menu I decided on the French Dip. It was absolutely fantastic! Tender flavorful cuts of roast beef with Swiss cheese on a fantastic crunchy yet soft French roll. The au jus was house made and seriously good. We also got a chicken bacon ranch on homemade ciabatta bread. The wife absolutely loved it. His to go packaging is really nice. This place has soups, sandwiches, ramen, excellent sides, and desserts. I will be going back for the Taiwanese sweet beef ramen and to try his case of desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and I highly recommend a visit.

Omgosh! This place is a hidden gem! I have been hearing a lot of good things about this place so I thought it was time we give it a try and I am so glad we did! I had the best French dip of my entire life tonight And believe me, I’ve had a lot of French dips! My husband ordered the Sweet beef Ramen and it is AMAZING too! He’s already talking about going back tomorrow for dinner! The person who took our order was very gracious and kind And gave us a few samples of the chicken and dumpling soup and the tomato basil, both of them were fabulous! Thank you Jim Henry soup company for bringing this delicious food to our little town!!!
