I had the sliced beef sandwich and it was delicious. I took a pound of brisket with me and it was on point. The beans were fresh and delicious as well. If you are in the area,don’t hesitate to stop by and try out the place. You won’t be disappointed.

I was excited about the menu when I chose this place to eat on Saturday at 7pm but it was closed with no one in sight upon arrival. But the smoke house bbq around the corner was open an it was “to die for!” The lady operator of the place was super nice!

Excellent food. The brisket and sausage was some of the best. The portions and cuts of meat were more than adequate. It is very unassuming place but stands out based on the food, speed of getting our order and friendliness. Of course we will be back.

We tried Jim Bob’s BBQ this evening and it was delicious! We ordered the sliced brisket sandwiches and potato salad. The brisket was well-marbled, tender, and smoky. The potato salad was the perfect side. It’s so great to have an awesome BBQ spot open in the evenings.

Idk what it is about eating some loaded brisket nachos outside after I got done fishing that just feels right. Honestly I’m from San Antonio and when I saw this food truck I had a gut feeling it’d be awesome and sure enough it was the best BBQ I’ve had in a very long time. Everything’s cooked here from scratch and you can tell he’s passionate by the flavor. The price wasn’t as bad as I was expecting either.. 1010 would recommend and am definitely going to come back

I have just eaten food from there for the first time. Delicious taste. High quality. Everything from the moist brisket and pulled pork down to the potato salad and beans were excellent. Even the sauce on the side is absolutely delicious. Friendly fast service. Texas BBQ at its finest!

Delicious brisket nachos. Do need to give customers napkins. Bruh! It’s nachos! But he’s been in business all of 4 weeks and I probably distracted him by asking for sauces on the side, etc. The brisket nachos are big enough for a meal & super tasty. The handmade BBQ is amazing—sweet and tangy. Highly recommend!
