I hadn’t been to Jim and Linda’s in years, and decided to give it a try as it was a favorite of mine when I lived in Fond du Lac. Nothing has changed much, and that is not a bad thing!! We have been several times since, taking friends and ranting and raving about this gem of a supper club!! The service is great!! Our servers recognize us as being there several times as of late, and they are always great to us!! The prime rib is hands down some of the best on that side of Lake Winnebago!! The French fried lobster is a Devine way to accompany any of their prime cuts of beef and let me tell you, my friend use to not care for lobster and it’s on her order every time we come to Jim and Lindas!! I am so happy to see a family run place doing well and keeping up traditions. We will be back, of course!!

Bartenders were friendly, waiter was polite, and all were attentive. Excellent food (stuffed shrimp and steak and lobster), and good drinks. Exactly what you want in a Wisconsin supper club, and this one also had a great view.

Short review: Worth the wait!
Long review: Yes, the wait for a seat and our food might have taken a while, but in our opinion, it was definitely worth it! Everyone on staff that we interacted with was super nice and apologetic. The food was delicious! But the greatest aspect HAS to be the sunset views outside. If you’re in the area and okay with possibly waiting, highly recommend!

My wife had the baked fish with Cajun seasoning. It was outstanding! I had the perch, deep fried. It was absolutely the best perch I have ever had in my life! Service was good. Everyone was very kind.

Went to Jim and Linda’s for a Tuesday night date night and was not disappointed!!! Cocktails at the bar were great! Ordered at the bar and we were asked if we wanted to order before the 14 top which as a 2 top was very nice! We got a great table with a view of the lake. Food was phenomenal! Husband upgraded the combo to a ribeye and frog legs for an upcharge that was reasonable and I did tenderloin and scallops. Both steaks were perfectly cooked to temp and had really good flavor! Husband devoured the frog legs and the scallops were basically poached in their own juices and butter! Scallops were so close to crab in flavor it was crazy! Sorry no pics of the food, cause the view was just too good!! Climbed the tower after dinner for a great look over the water!

A fantastic supper club experience from start to finish. The steak and seafood were outstanding, the staff was warm and welcoming, and even the snack mix at the bar hit the spot. This place is a true hidden gem, and absolutely worth the drive from Appleton. I’ll definitely be coming back.

People were friendly and the owner Jim was very nice. However, it took forever to get a table to get each part of our meal. Then our prime rib and crab were okay. My prime rib was undercooked I ordered it medium well, it was rare. Then it was very plain with no seasoning. For the amount we paid it was a disappointment. Then before we were done they were vacuuming the whole dining room.

I can’t stop thinking about the pesto-crusted salmon at this place—it’s the kind of dish that haunts your taste buds in the best way possible. The chef here has a rare gift, cooking it to absolute perfection, with a crust that’s crisp and bursting with flavor, paired with salmon so tender it practically melts. It’s not often you find someone who nails it like this. And then there’s David—our server extraordinaire. He’s got this infectious energy, a great attitude, and he took care of us like we were royalty, always right on time with everything we needed.
If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor and make the trip. We drove over an hour to get here, and let me tell you, it was worth every single mile—not just for the food, but for the stunning Lake Winnebago view that makes the whole experience feel like a getaway. This isn’t just a meal; it’s a destination. You’ll thank me later!

Had a wonderful dining experience. Polka band playing outside was a nice surprise. The sunset was beautiful. Our bartender Matt, was amazing. Very personable and remember all 8 drinks each time. Our food was amazing right down to the rolls. Our waitress was funny and handled us very well. We will definitely return soon!!

I dont really wanna write this restaurant off yet… because I’m sure things are different in the summer when it’s nice outside and there is more seating available. When I got here at 4:30pm I was told that there would be a 20 minute wait time…. turned out to be about a hour and a half which the wait was in the bar area that was getting far too crowded, there were people standing everywhere and more people coming in by the second. Finally once I got to my table I kinda understood what was taking so long… there was only two of us and we were put in a four person table even though there was a two person table available right next to us! There were also many other tables open for some of the many people standing out in the bar to also be seated… the service was mediocre at best but also understand that alot of the servers were younger and maybe didn’t have alot of experience with it yet so I can look past that. The food however I have no complaints…. the salad could have been a little better I suppose because it looked like it was just taken out of a iceberg lettuce bag but the soup was amazing and so was my tenderloin…. like I said I don’t wanna write this place off or give them a worse review than what I’ve already done due to the soup and steak being very very good and I would like to give this place another chance one of these days. But in a area jam packed with supper clubs it probably won’t be at the top of my list of places to come. Beautiful scenery though!
