Been here a few times and had different servers, I can definitely say that the service quality depends on who does it. If you’re dining in, ask for the waitress with the long hair or the short one (I used to request the tall white guy but I haven’t seen him lately). Food is your typical Chinese restaurant, and they’re child friendly.

I have finally found great Chinese food in Alabama. I’ve had Chinese food in numerous places in Florence, Alabama (which is where I live), and not one of those restaurants could measure up to Jiang’s Golden Phoenix. The food is beautiful to look at and it tasted even better than it looked. I’ll happily make the trip from Florence to eat there.

I love this place!
It’s so calm and relaxing. The atmosphere is on-point, they’re not too expensive, they’re local, and 75% of the food is great! The service is also pretty good. Nothing special, but the nice employees really add to the experience.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this place! Calling it a local landmark like Kreme Delite might be a stretch, but it wouldn’t be far from one!

I’m… Sigh. The food isn’t bad quality. I’m sure that if they actually kept it hot that it would have been much better. As it was, I was severely disappointed. The people were nice enough, the waitstaff attentive. But they gotta make sure their food is hot. Cold egg rolls, spring rolls, skewers? Disgusting. The low mein was barely warm.
If it wasn’t for covid, this would probably be a great place to eat. But we’re in the land of covid… Eat somewhere else.

Food was not very good at all! Not many items to choose from and very limited amounts of each dish.
The meal was made terrible when a family of 3 adults and one 2 year old toddler was seated 2 booths down. The kid screamed almost the whole time while his parents just ignored him. And I mean SCREAMED for no reason and the parents did nothing.
Management should have done something!
