The first time we came here was about 20+ years ago. We love their food, especially their authentic Korean tofu. I also love their condiments as an appetizer. We moved out of state and came back to visit. This restaurant is on our to-go list. The service was excellent; the waitress always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The food and service are still outstanding after 20+ years. Yes, I would recommend this restaurant for authentic Korean tofu soup!

(10/12/2023) 4.4-4.6 ⭐ The best customer service for Korean Tofu Restaurant by far. Prices are cheaper for lunch compared to others. Not a lot of combinations menu choices compared to others but Tofu Soup has the same as other. A slight improvement on Tofu Soup needed to be hotter when served. And they fix the problem right away. Tofu is good but the chili powder is not my top favorite though. Just standard in my opinion but recommend if you want a better price for Korean Tofu soup. Probably would come back here if I want something cheaper for lunch or nearby the area.

Came here for lunch on a Friday with my mom and sister, and there were plenty of tables. The lunch combo is a great deal as you get both a meat and your choice of tofu soup. We got a lunch order of kalbi as well. Unfortunately they made a mistake and brought us two Kalbis instead of one kalbi and one bulgogi, so we had to order a third plate of bulgogi in order to get our fill. Our waitress was a kindly older woman who felt terribly about the mistake and was super apologetic. Things happen, so it was all good. Credit cards accepted. They have takeout available as well.

Service is excellent. Our favorite Korean tofu soup restaurant. New item for 2025 summer, Yuzu slushy and green plum slushy. Both are perfect for summer heat.

We found this place as we were waiting for the light wondering where to have Korean food for lunch. We were greeted and seated by the window with a good view of the traditional decoration. We ordered BBQ Beef with Clam Tofu Combo, Mushroom Tofu, and Kimchi Tofu. The server was very nice to help our 11-year-old to crack the egg in the soup and reminded him to be careful with the hot plate and stone bowl. We were very satisfied with our food and looking forward to bringing family and friends next time.

Had a wonderful time eating here. It was quiet at the time we went in and service was fast. I got the hot stone bibimbap and the side dishes were delicious. Will come back soon!

If you’re on the lookout for an exceptional dining experience that feels like a warm embrace, this charming family-owned gem is a must-visit. The owners are not just figureheads; they’re genuinely involved in the day-to-day operations, which adds a personal touch that’s increasingly rare in the restaurant scene today.
One delightful revelation I uncovered is that they prepare all the Banchans—those delightful small side dishes—right from their own kitchen. This homemade approach really shines through in every bite. I had the pleasure of trying their Bibimbap, Galbi beef, and the seafood tofu, and I can honestly say that each dish was a revelation.
The Bibimbap was a colorful medley of textures; the fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked rice harmonized beautifully with the delectable sauce. The Galbi beef was succulent and bursting with flavor, and you could tell it had been marinated with care. The seafood tofu was simply outstanding—rich, creamy, and generously packed with fresh seafood, making it a highlight of my meal.
What really struck me was the freshness of the ingredients. Everything tasted sumptuous and made with love, which is becoming a rarity in today’s fast-paced dining environment. It’s clear that this restaurant values quality and authenticity, making it a standout option for anyone craving delicious Korean cuisine.
Without a doubt, this will be my go-to tofu house from now on. If you’re in the mood for a home-cooked meal that feels both comforting and elevated, don’t miss out on this fantastic culinary experience!

Great tofu soup spot. Banchan is on point and meats are always killer. I keep reminding myself that this place is better than places in Rowland heights and surrounding areas and to stop trying them. After my last visit it’s my official go to. Seems like it’s family owned too the son in front and parents in the back?
