Recently discovered Jetties and it’s now a regular lunch spot for me. Despite the wait, the soups & sandwiches are great! The turkey looks “real” and not processed. The sandwich combinations offer a break from tradition and provide delicious choice of variations. The clam chowder is really good and could be a standalone meal. I highly recommend!

Jetties in Bethesda where on street parking is available. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. The sandwich I ordered was on pumpernickel bread which I love but the edges were stale. The sandwich looked meaty but once you took that first bite it quickly lets you know it’s not. The tomatoes were over ripe. A waste of a $25 gift card

The reviews recently had me worried, but since I remember this place fondly back from when it first opened in Bethesda, I gave it a try upon my return.

The sandwiches are expensive, but high quality. Yes the staff mostly ignore you unless you indicate that you want their attention, b/c there are kiosks for you to order at. They do seem to be quick to make the order, and show attention to cleanliness.

The amount of food for the price seems entirely standard – the attached pictures are of a whole Surfside but this is only half of the Broad Street (after I ate the other half:-).

When did they stop using fresh roast turkey?

I’ve been going to jetties for at least 10 years. It’s always been a little on the expensive side, but the quality was worth it. One of the few places where you could get real roast turkey in a sandwich rather than just basic deli meat. It was always a huge draw for me because there aren’t that many places that do that….Well they must have switched because it’s just like everywhere else now. Check out the old photos to see what it used to look like.

Of course the cost is still the same and it’s still a $16 sandwich for the same thing you can get at the grocery store. Not worth it anymore

Just the best Thanksgiving sandwich around. I always crave it this time of year, but this Fall pregnancy cravings got the best of me and I finally realized I could get it delivered to my house. The best. Thanks, Jetties!

The flavor and quality of ingredients seems good. The bread was soft and the au jus on the Monomoy I ordered was great. The problem is that the value isn’t there. It’s served in a sub roll with hardly any meat. Seriously, I removed a quarter of the side of the roll because it wasn’t needed. I normally will eat half a sub, but I ate nearly the whole thing bc the quantity of meat was so small. For a almost $15 sandwhich I was expecting more.

Good sandwiches and quick service. This place was busy to! Lots of different types of sandwiches to choose from. The menu includes options for patron with dietary restrictions. Bread is good, toppings are fresh and vegetables are crunchy. The price point for quality feels right. Parking in downtown is hit or miss, location is in more of a walkable area. Staff is polite and a definite recommend.

So I decided to give this place another shot and they DID disappoint. So I ordered a Monomoy and the meat portion wasn’t even close to previous orders. There was hardly any meat and the meat that WAS in there was burnt to a crisp. This is crazy that a $13.50 sandwich is worse than a $1.00 cheeseburger from McDonalds. One great point was the didn’t forget the au jus sauce this time..lol!! Well I tried. Too bad because the first several times we have eaten their food it was AMAZING. Last 3 times horrible.

Food is good, but service is HORRIBLE. The employees stand around and talk to each other while ignoring you.
