In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. They were about to make history by offering a truly, better pizza. And now, over 40 years later, we’re at the top of the list when it comes to crave and taste. Try an authentic Detroit-Style pizza today. Only at Jet’s.

Counter-serve chain offering Detroit-style pizza with flavored crusts, plus wings & subs.

Ive been ordering from here for years and I typically order the deep dish chicken bacon ranch. But this time I ordered the build your own calzones. 10/10 recommend! They are huge! Also the delivery drivers are always so nice. Thanks for hooking it up Jets. PS. The photo is after we ate our half, just want to show how massive these are.

Local pizza joints continue to show us all that they run circles around the corpo-competitors. Jet’s is no different on this front.

The place is obviously designs for pure pick-up and/delivery, since there is no eating area anywhere in or out of the building. H9wever, that was probably the only real bad thing about this place.

They got this lunch slice combo special that just rocks. Two slices of pizza and a soda for under 10 bucks. As for those slices? THICK square slices, and they sit in the gut for a while. Fills you right up.

Seriously surprised not many hit this place up for lunch, it’s an amazing deal.

Paid almost $25 for a veggie pizza Thats about the length of my forearm. No premium ingredients to justify that price, no “organic buffalo mozzarella from serenaded cows on a small farm in Italy”, just basic stuff and they have the nerve to charge me the equivalent of 3 pizzas from another chain. If it was th best pizza ive ever had, maybe, but this is like what my uncle would make while drunk on a Tuesday, aka nothing special. bringing shame to Italians everywhere

I order this pizza through DoorDash and it was EPIC! I got the deep dish. The sauce was perfect, very flavorful, the pizza was cooked nice and crispy and the toppings were delicious. I just moved to the Lakewood area and was concerned I would not be able to find a solid pizza place. This place is now my new favorite!!

I thought all the pizzas were Detroit style. Absently minded ordered Medium Pepperoni with this in mind. I can’t believe you guys charge $18 for this tasteless pizza. My wife had to drench it in ranch and red pepper for any semblance of flavor. For the same money, we could have gone to Johnny’s New York Pizza and have a good quality NY style neopolitan. Heck, we could’ve saved money, ate D’gionros and had a better time. I absolutely would not try your pizza again!

In context, my coworkers and I enjoyed our previous orders the past year.

Recently however, we waited over 1.5 hours for our order of 3 pizzas. Our office is only 10 mins away from their store. 1 pizza was slightly burnt (crust and toppings). We checked and confirmed that it was not the delivery driver’s fault.

I understand that there could be many reasons for why this happened (short staffed, new staff, etc.). I hope that the owner/managers take effort to mitigate these issues in the future.

Jet’s the brand is great. This location is ruining their brand. I order ever weekend and the pizza never comes delivered in the hot sleeve. Always cold. Quality and service for the last 3 years that I’ve ordered has gone down hill and is complete trash.

I ordered delivery from this location for my office, and was given an estimated wait time of 30–55 minutes. After an hour and fifteen minutes later with no update, I called to check on the order. As soon as I mentioned I was calling about a delivery, the person said my name and said the driver had just left 5–10 minutes ago. After another 20 minutes passed, I called again and was told it would be about 10 more minutes.

The driver arrived two hours after I placed the order and apologized right away, which I appreciated. However, waiting twice the quoted time with little communication from the store is unacceptable.

The pizza itself was fine, but the overall experience was frustrating. I hope they improve their delivery coordination and communication, because no one should have to wait two hours for a pizza.

Jets Pizza is a Detroit Style pizza place new to the Wheat Ridge neighborhood. We most definitely needed a decent pizza joint over here since there is not even a Pizza Hut or Domino’s close by in the area. There is a Little Caesars on 38th just on the other side of Wadsworth, but we all know they are basically the K-Mart of pizza in the pizza industry.

I called in my order for pick up to make things more convenient for everyone. While waiting, I talked to Zack, the owner of the franchise, and he was very receptive to me conducting a review. He explained that there was no seating in the restaurant at the moment because of supply issues, but he assured me that there would be ample dine in space in the near future.

I ordered the 8 corners pie with extra sausage and extra mushrooms for a friend, and I ordered the Jet 10 pie for myself (all the veggies and pepperoni). Both pizzas were hearty, but be prepared to spend some coin because this pizza has the full regalia of crust and toppings.

I will do a proper review when they get some seating. I think once they get that in place for the lunch rush and dine in with a fountian drink machine, it will be a solid go-to for decent pizza. Thanks, Zack, for being bold to change up the pizza game in the area.

Their website on a mobile device is a nightmare to use. Once I ordered my pizza, I was confused why I was getting round pizzas instead of the advertised rectangular pizzas as shown in literally every ad posted online, etc. I spoke to whatever 12 year old they had working the register and they told me if I wanted a “Detroit Style” pizza, I should’ve ordered one. I showed them the mobile ordering and she proceeded to tell me if I “…wanted a square pizza then I should’ve just called.” Rude.

As far as the pizza was concerned, it was thick and bready. The flavor of the pizza was missing. It was so bland and flavorless. I’ve never experienced this with a pizza before.

Finally, I paid (with tip) nearly $60 for two (2) medium round pizzas. Totally overpriced. Lesson learned as I will not be back.
