I ordered 2 small salads got them home they were rotten. Called for replacement had to go back out and get new salads. I asked for one salad to have cheddar and pepperoni and the other mozzarella and black olives. Got the salads home and they were wrong again. I frequent here but I am definitely disappointed in the service I received.

I normally love jets, but I just got the most unacceptable order for takeout. Tried to call and text, no response. Order ID 137 on 1/28. Got the Aloha Hawaiian, the toppings were a gooey mess and slide all over the place and leaked through the box. You literally cant pickup the a piece without leaving the toppings behind. The pepperoni was burnt to a crisp. The crust on both pizza tasted like it sat on the counter over night. Very stale and legitimately difficult to chew. I have never gone from so excited to so disappointed over pizza. I am now apologizing to the people that came over for the game because I was recommending the pizza so strongly. I get they were probably busy with a Detroit Playoff game and its Detroit Pizza, but the QC is unacceptable.

Jet’s has great pizza and incredible service! It’s our go-to for Friday nights or game days. We’ve tried both the Detroit and NY style, and with my husband being from Buffalo, the New York style reminds him of the pizza back home — they even have Ken’s blue cheese (blue cheese > ranch… iykyk ).
We love the half-and-half option because we both get exactly what we want without compromise, and the prices are super reasonable. Whether we pick up or get delivery, the service is always quick and the staff is kind. We feel lucky to have Jet’s so close, it’s easily some of the best pizza around!

I enjoyed the pizza. It’s a little more expensive than the competition, but they use better ingredients in the dough. If you have an eclectic crowd to please, consider ordering different styles of pizza, Detroit, hand-tossed, ny style, etc. the sauce would please most customers. Not to spicy. I picked mine up and the pizza was super hot. Hand tossed was a bit doughy for me, so next time I will try the thin crust.

4 slice pizza 2 slices had pizza sauce other 2 didn’t – which is so strange. Also ordered Cajun crust and it was regular. Delivered longer time than quoted. Had to call to find out if it was ever going to come. Was cold when it came. Had to call multiple times and be put on hold to talk with manager. They couldn’t “find” my order but said they would refund me. However they didn’t … horrible experience all around. Sad too because I used to like this pizza place.

I used to love this place. I ordered doordash from them a few different times in the past month. Tonight I ordered my food and there was the longest black hair in my food. And what’s worse is I didn’t know it until I was literally pulling it out of my mouth. So then I proceeded to throw up and I obviously wasted my money. And then when I called to tell them, just as a courtesy. I wasn’t rude but I definitely was upset. And I think anyone would be. But then the manager tried to tell me that everyone on her staff tonight is a boy and has short hair. As if that even matters. I don’t care who’s working tonight. The point is there was a big long black hair in my food. And when I told her that she needs to have that employee put their hair up and that they need to throw away that batch of food she really didn’t have much to say. So my point is don’t eat here because obviously they’re not going to throw it away. And that’s disgusting. Ps. I have very very short blond hair and I live alone. Peep the photo, def not mine

Awful. Mucked up the delivery, pushes mistakes onto delivery company and offers zero help if they consider it “delivered”. Logan was so kind to assure me that it is beyond Jets power to contact the delivery platform from their end. I reached out to DoorDash, they also gave me the middle finger. Absolute strait robbery from both Jets and DoorDash. Avoid both at all costs! Happy to take your money but nothing more.

Deep dish was nice and d crispy and very flavorful wasn’t very greasy alittle pricey for 4 slices of pizza but would definitely come back . Friendly staff
