In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. They were about to make history by offering a truly, better pizza. And now, over 40 years later, we’re at the top of the list when it comes to crave and taste. Try an authentic Detroit-Style pizza today. Only at Jet’s.

I honestly did not have an issue with the service but I had an issue with the quality of the food that was served. The staff stated that she was going to put the pizza in the oven. However, when I received the pizza slices, it was lukewarm warm practically cold. I was truly disappointed. But I will be honest enough to say that it had a good taste to it. It just would have been better, if it were served hot.

Not pleased whatsoever. Detroit style pizza should have an open crumb structure to an extent, at least! The dough was completely raw (pictured), thin, and has a very similar taste to Little Caesar’s. This is far from a good Detroit style pizza.

I found Jet Pizza when I was at a conference in Atlanta 10 years ago. I was excited when this location opened. Over the last few years this location like many other businesses started expecting tips for services that were not tip warranted. I have noticed without exception that staff will print the receipt for online paid orders just to put the option in your face again to tip then grab the receipt back in an aggressive manner when no tip again was offered. As well the day staff not only won’t put the extra sauce you ordered on the pizza, but have almost zero sauce on the pizza. It’s happened nearly 95% of my orders to be a consistent occurrence seemingly purposeful. If it happens again, I won’t be coming back. I will not be bullied to tip to get the expected service. You are take out. No one owes you anything more.

Got from here for the first time last night. Always on the lookout for good gluten-free pizza, and Jets did not disappoint. Pizza was fantastic. I’m always a little hesitant with pizza because of cross contamination, but I had 0 issues with here at all.
Get the Cajun crust. Absolutely amazing and can’t recommend enough.

Walking in, no sit down area but that’s okay! Take out is good too! Besides it’s pizza. Better at home. Although there are no seating areas, there’s this long way that The lady here is very nice and everyone is hard at work making pizzas fresh for everyone to enjoy! Upon tasting the food, I got a Meat pizza, and Jet’s Bread sticks. Everything is so delicious! Totally recommend!

Wow! This pizza takes me back to the dine in pizza restaurants of my youth. Although they were not Jets they had the same taste and texture.
Crispy crust in every bite, savory sauce and great taste! Glad Jets made its arrival in Texas. Only drawback was no dine in options. Will certainly come back as frequently as possible. Great service as well. Well done.

Opened today (Aug 1, 2023)… Pulled in… Ordered 3 pizzas and was ready in about 15min. Pizza tasted great. I might ask for additional marinara next time just cuz I like extra sauce, but the crust and toppings were great. I got the Detroit thick square crusts… Eugene, Hawaiian, and Veggie. Will def go back.

This is the first time I ordered pizza from Jet’s. To be honest, their pizza cost higher than the usual pizza shop, and theirs is probably the highest for a takeaway pizza. But the difference is their crust. We enjoyed the crust so much, even my 4 year old kid who is a picky eater, loved it, and had 2 slices. It might be expensive for a pizza, but I could say it is worth it!
