My friends all raved about Jet’s (of course that was a few years ago) so I decided to order a large NY-style with pepperoni and extra cheese. After an already expensive Pizza being bumped for delivery and a tip, I am now sitting at $45ish. The pizza that arrived was in no way worth the initial price. First, it was not NY-style, it was just a hand tossed. No crust bubbles, no stringy cheese. It also clearly had a minimal amount of cheese even though I paid extra and was the smallest “large” pizza I have ever ordered. Equivalent to a medium elsewhere. I will never order from this place again.

The food itself is amazing! It’s probably the best deep-dish pizza in town. NY style I also think is good! Don’t try eating in though as there isn’t much seating. Good service, and parking, I highly recommend!

Horrible service tonight. Ordered an Italian boat for my wife tonight and there was no Italian dressing so she opened it up and barely anything inside. Paying these prices for just bread is ridiculous. The other side was even worse. While there no one was answering the phone. I had ordered 35 mins prior to showing up and I was just told I “have to wait” for my order but no time frame was given. Ended up waiting another 15 mins. This is the second time service has been like this. There won’t be a third.

Soooo, I usually rave about Jets, the staff is always great, food is delicious. Any mistake I’ve had with my order have been able to be resolved, but I found hair baked into my crust. I tried to think if it was mine, but it was too long to be an eyelash, almost a beard hair and it was black… All of us eating were girls, so a long hair could be debated, but this could be none of ours. I dissected the pizza and found a smaller one and then another one of similar length.

Ordered 70$ (After 20% tip) worth of stuff for delivery including extra sauces. Ive had jets pizza 100 times. The pizza was over cooked and there was hardly any pizza sauce on the pizza. They also forgot the extra sauces. This is unacceptable for something i paid 70$ for. I called them to see if i could get credited back because by the time the sauces got to my from the driver coming back my food would be cold. The lady kept me on hold for a few minutes just to tell me she couldnt credit me back for the sauces. I may have raised my voice a little but the lady had zero chill and told me “if you raise your voice any more im going to hang up”. I said “thats fine we’ll just not order jets pizza anymore”. She said good or something smartalicky. Moneys too tight to pay that much for bad quality. Its been a nice run jets but well not be back.
Update: They charged the price for my order minus sauces and i havent been credited back for the first order
Update again: Took several days but correct amount was charged and first amount sent back. Still wont be back. Ill get food where they get it right the first time and dont have bad attitudes when disgruntled customers raise their voice.

JETS HAS KETO-FRIENDLY PIZZA… AND IT’S AMAZING!!! Actually, ALL of their pizzas are fantastic and come with a perfectly crunchy, buttery crust that is to die for! Jets is such a hidden gem that deserves more attention for their amazing pizza! Next time you’re craving pizza, order JETS!! I promise you won’t regret it!!

We ordered a BLT pizza . When we opened it we saw that the lettuce was wilted and not fresh . It’s like they went out to the dumpster in back and collected some for the pizza. It was disgusting . Will NEVER order from them again !

I was pretty pumped to eat some Jets on my way out of town last night. Ordered it online at 6:19 pm and it said it would be done at 6:49 pm for pick up. I got there at 6:48 and decided to sit in my car for a few more mins. During that few mins one woman walked in. I could see the entire interaction between her and the guy working behind the counter. I noticed they had been talking for a while then notice the worker showing his chest tattoos to this customer. I then walk in to hear her say “I hope to see you soon” he smiled and asked how he could help me. I said I’m here to pick up. He said oh that pizza hasn’t even gone in the oven yet, we are swamped tonight and there are only two of us. That being pretty frustrating I cancelled the order. My advice would be to stop showing your tattoos to customers and do your job and you probably wouldn’t be “swamped”. Guess I’ll have to resort to the Jets on campus from now on.

Review written 11/07/2024. Delicious pizza served piping hot and fresh. Tastes best to get pickup instead of delivery so that way it’s hot and fresh. If you order through the website you can get deals and discounts and rewards. Delicious deep dish Detroit style pizza.
