Honestly restaurants should be forced to disclose when they’re outsourcing their delivery to services like door dash. We don’t order from door dash for a number of reasons but when a restaurant is willing to outsource their customer experience to a third party it says a lot about how they value their customers. Didn’t know this location does this and here we are waiting nearly 2 hours for a pizza delivery because it went into the door dash hell and the driver is stuck waiting (over 30 min) at another restaurant waiting for a another pickup, not ours. So our food was picked up an hour ago plus by the time we will get it, if we get it and the door dash driver says there’s nothing they can do, they have to wait. Suffice to say we already know the pizza will suck and we have to put in effort and more time heating it back up.

Expensive but SO worth it… Slice + drink lunch combo for $8 is where it’s at and the slices are like big and bready so they’re super filling. Eat it fresh, it’s hella crunchy. Yummmmm
Also it’s small but there is a little bench to sit on while you wait and my partner and I sat there and ate! I can’t reccomend enough.

Making good food is expected, the customer service was my unexpected experience. I believe his name was Shubham, he was very nice and obviously cared about his customers. I’ve never had such good service at a fast pizza place. Definitely going here from now on. Great detroit style pizza!!!!

I ordered a large pizza ,for delivery. It was awful. It was ICE COLD,they didn’t have it in a warming bag.to keep it warm .it was handed to me like a piece of grocery.i don’t recommend this Roger’s park location for anything.

Great quick neighborhood chain for some tasty Detroit style pizza. Friendly faces and quick orders. Always fresh ingredients. I usually enjoy more mom and pop stores, but this is a franchise I will get behind!

My first time having Jets Pizza but I have been there multiple times for my daughter and her coworkers nearby at high-minded events let’s just say the pizza is delicious and the manager who I’ve seen a few times now goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of with great service and wonderful pizza with a smile this is my new go to pizza the New York style is amazing thank you Marby and Dina!!!

I go here a lot and the food is consistently good. Service is quick and friendly. If ever my order got messed up they fix it without asking. Once when a pizza was over baked they sent me with that and a new one.
