Great experience at Jet’s Pizza in Minnetonka. The staff was friendly and honored the free welcome-to-the-neighborhood pizza even though I forgot the flyer. I had the code, and they took care of it!
They could maybe benefit from a bell on the door or to ring when you come in and are at the counter but I think the person had just stepped away briefly.

Phone service was top notch! Pizzas hasn’t even arrived yet but the conversation with Corbin was incredible.
She answers the phone.

Charlie just arrived to drop off the pizza and I don’t think he knew what was going on. Probably because we got real high between ordering the pizza and when it arrived.
Now that I think about it, I’m only about 50/50 sure his name was Charlie.

Newly opened and driven workers aiming to serve their best. Never had had Detroit style pizza and it was good! Distinct from other pizza and very happy to have Jets in our areas. Give it a try and mix it into your pizza rotation.

Pizza was never delivered. Order was schedule to be delivered in 45 min. We called after no one arrived after 70 min. Was told they had a driver shortage and our pizza would arrive in 5 min. 40 min later we called again and was told the driver was out and would head our way in 20 min. We were told to be patient. We cancelled the order. Based on how this was handled, we will not be requesting their services again.

Really felt for these miracle workers last night during Valentine’s Day. The best pizza ever and the amount of heart pizzas they produced was unheard of. Even when stressed beyond belief they were exceptionally kind and helpful and gave us a brownie with zero expectations. Thank you all for everything you do.

Overpriced and disorganized. they’re constantly screwing up orders and they don’t even care. You can call and tell them they’ve screwed up and/or forgotten something from the last 4 orders and they don’t even care. They don’t refund you for any part of it and they don’t re-deliver any missing or incorrect items. They’ll say they will credit you a free small pizza on your account and to have a nice day. Why would I want a free pizza when you screw up the ones I pay money for?

Best Detroit style pizza. Many options from the menu. Different crusts available. Gluten Free pizza is the best so far. Always ready on time and the orders are always correct. Not cheap but worth the money.
