In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. Just came from Jet’s pizza 12/23/25 @ 5pm. Waited an hour for my pizza, which should of taken only 30 minutes
Got pizza, but it was burned. Store manager offer some sort of compensation, but did not give me credit on the spot. Will not return. See pictures.

My lord may be best pizza I’ve ever had. My server Lonnie AH MAZING!!!offered me turbo crust crusty delicious then he offered me to try Ranch saucy Fab! Can’t wait to get back there.
Btw yes Lonnie was right it was my first visit.
Jets came highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint.

Order online for pickup . Oder pizza and wings with sauce on the side. Sauce was not on the side for wings and had to wait another 15 min. Pay attention to online orders especially when printed in read or special request. saves time and better customer experience. When we order online for pickup we expect order to be correct and ready to go. Especially when your order is $70 . Thanks

You know I have to say… I am impressed every time we get pizza here. Every time we go in, there are these kids working and I’ve never met such polite, mature, respectful young boys. They are knowledgeable with their deals, they put pride into each pizza they make, and they are great with customers. Not once have I seen an unhappy employee who doesn’t seem to want to be there. We will continue to be loyal customers mainly because of the guest service.
