Placed an online order at 9:19
Was accepted and said to pick up asap.
Pulled into the parking lot at 9:28 As I recieved a call from them that they had to close early.
Ok Totally unsestandable the need to close 40 minutes early.
I asked what would be open if they had any suggestions.
I was reccomended to B.C. pizza. Which is always closed on Mondays.
As someone who had been staying in town Since Saturday and leaving tomorrow morning.
Maybee its my fault for.not calling first to make sure they were open…
even though their store hours and Online ordering system said otherwise.
I sat in the parking lot trying to find something else And couldnt find shit.
Ohh and becaue the order ws accepted so was my debit card.
Im sure I will get refunded but it’s a nuisance
I probably also wouldnt be as frustrated if the open sign wasn’t left on till 10 P.M. while I sat in the parking lot looking for food.

Closed like 40 minutes early called 10 Minutes after the order was made and accepted online as I was pulling into the store forpickup cause I already felt bad becauae they closed at 10.

Extremely nice, helpful, and efficient staff that cares about the customer. I get the lunch special very often, and today when I walked in they already had my pizza on the counter waiting for me because they recognized my truck…that is unbeatable service, especially when you are short on time during a lunch break. Icing on the cake…..the pizza is super delicious and reminds me of what pizza tasted like when I was a kid. 5 stars all the way except for the atmosphere, which needs to be improved with a Pac-Man machine.

Walked in and ordered a pizza. Took 20-30 minutes. Got back to the room to eat it and it was burnt. Tried calling them to see what they would do about it. Every time I called they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Tried calling 3 times. Drove back there and asked to the manager. I told him what was going on. He looked at the pizza. Told me it looked fine to him. Never asked if I wanted it replaced or not. He was rude and nasty. When I finally asked for my money back he was nasty and said whatever. And gave me my money…. Will never go back there again.

This is just your average jet’s Pizza. However, I’ve been hearing that the ownership has changed over the years and I have not had very good reviews from talking to friends live in the area. Our pizzas were really good. The service was really good atmosphere. Well it’s just waiting area to pick up your pizza so nothing really special here. But if you were thinking in the last couple years this place was not that good. You should definitely try it again. It is good

My wife and I are staying at Magnus Park. We decided to give Jet’s Pizza a try. We ordered the Aloha BBQ Chicken (hand tossed). The pizza was cooked perfectly and the ingredients tasted fresh. It was a great pizza and the small (4 slices) was perfect for lunch.

Super nice guy took our order and made our pizza move and quick! Had the 4 corners Detroit with choose-your-own-toppings (they’ve got thin crust, cauliflower and gluten free crust as well). Cheesy crust was perfect, the dough cooked all the way through, and the sauce and cheese were delicious. This is definitely an order-for-take-out place, not a place to dine in. Will definitely return for more pizza.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The storefront was clean. We asked to have our cheese on the side, because a relative wasn’t able to eat feta. The gentleman who took our order was kind and courteous. When we came for pick up, four employees turned and greeted us. There was one employee that was rude. She was giving us our food and became visibly angry when we double checked on the cheese. She may just have been having a bad day, but it made us feel unwelcomed. I almost switched this to a four star, but we all can have a bad day and everyone else was fantastic! The food was delicious!

If this was my local pizza spot, I’d never go anywhere else. Detroit style pizza really is fantastic. I got the 8 point pizza, and it was wonderfully crisp on the edges and fluffy inside.
