In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. I have never had jets and I won’t again. Pizza was drenched in grease and tasted worse than a frozen or little caesars pizza but 3x the price. Yikes.

We were in town for just a few days and wanted pizza. We had stopped at another place earlier that was just horrid. Jet’s is usually good at home, so we decided to give it a try.
Fantastic decision!! Everything about this pizza was spot on, the person who greeted me was super friendly and the place was very clean. I’m glad I don’t live closer or we would be in there weekly. lol

Was welcomed by the staff behind the counter was very friendly!The first 3 pictures are of the pizza I ordered. I ordered a small 4 corner super special & wings (order number 235). The wings were great as usual! Normally the pizza is awesome – cheesy, goey, hot & delicious. However, we were very disappointed today. You can see there’s barely any sauce & the cheese was lacking. The crust was dry. I realize they were slammed on Valentine’s Day & I didn’t mind the extended wait time for pickup (my pick up time was 5:50pm but our order wasn’t ready until 6:15pm). The quality of the pizza was far below what I am used to. Extremely disappointed in this order.

I ordered a large 8 corner meat lovers and requested no sausage. I also ordered some cinnamon sticks with extra frosting and a 2 liter of Coke. The food was delivered by a nice man with good customer service. The pizza, however, was not as expected. First, there was sausage on it and I asked for it to be removed. My husband is allergic to one of the ingredients in sausage and he was not able to eat the pizza. It was also very overcooked. So were the cinnamon sticks which did NOT have extra frosting. The 2 liter of Coke was perfect, though. Do better, Jet’s.

I’ve been getting delivery for years now and have never had an issue. I even accidentally called this one (Garfield) when I was at work and closer to Chums. I apologized and was about to end the call and restart with the correct location. He took my order and said they would still deliver it. The only complaint I have isn’t with this place in particular, but the whole company website. Its absolutely junk, as well as the app. Oh, and obviously I love the foods here haha.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Twice we’ve ordered the ultimate pepperoni. Once it came with just one kind of pepperoni. The next time it came with one piece per slice of various kind of pepperoni. After calling the store manager refused to give his name. Then proceeded to tell us that food advertising is misleading. Jets sucks. We’re done with them.

The pizza there is always good. Deep dishes way to go pineapple Hawaiian is the best. Or with light sauce and add some extra time to. He gets the cheese extra crispy and everything just turns out great. Easy to order online easy to pick up in store. Don’t forget to tip them they do a good job.

Jets ordering system allowed me to place an order for delivery. I am staying in Traverse City for work and I am about 3 miles from the local Jets store, and I am told they will not deliver as it is outside their delivery area First time wanting to try Jets and will not try again. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend. I had to get a call from California to tell me they weren’t going to deliver it.
