I should have looked at reviews before ordering. Our pizza arrived like this, just a mess. It looks like it was thrown in the box straight out of the oven. Way too much cheese and too much sauce and none of it stays on the doughy pizza. I rarely order delivery, but needed an easy treat on a very hard day. Such a massive disappointment. I would call to complain, but the other reviews lead me to believe that that would be a waste of my time.

Ordered Jets delivery yesterday. The pizza was great, but the Jets Bread was inedible. We have ordered this countless times over the years and it was fine… this order was the spiciest bread I have ever tasted in my life. Literally mouth numbing make your eyes water. Thought I’d get jets today instead of my usual. Bad decision. Way too much sauce on the pizza literally made half the cheese slide off the slice and was spilling out from under it. Not nearly enough toppings for $2 per topping. Salad was good but the tomatoes were wilted and squishy.

To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. I strongly urge the management to address these issues to ensure a better experience for future customers.”

It was a pleasure to review this franchise for a second time in over 7 years. It left the same impression as to my first experience with them in Minnesota ☺️. A good pizza but not great. Truly enjoyed it ☺️

We have ordered from this Jets for the last 10 years and they have never gotten our order wrong. We often make small changes (add this topping, leave this one off) and add extra ranch or other sauces to our order. They get it right EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whoever is running this Jet’s store is doing a fabulous job and has A+ employees.

Good luck if you get the wrong order (You probably will) Managers and employees across the board will do absolutely nothing to help! Trash management, wrong food (and cold), sad to see a Michigan originated company function so poorly. Should have just stuck with Little Caesars or Hungry Howies, or Buddies. Didn’t think it would be this hard to get a meat lovers and a pepperoni pizza. Took 2 other people from the CORPORATE office to get on the phone, everyone still hungry.
