Staff is very friendly, but overall experience was not. Pizza was not done anywhere near on time. Uncomfortable limited waiting area, no public restroom and when I got home the pizza wasn’t cut right and the toppings weren’ adhered and slid off 1/2 the slices. Why am I paying an increased price for the service and food at an cheaper chain. I will not be back.

Typically late 30 minutes +. Location has forgotten to deliver order twice. Once they brought the pizza that was left in the warmer for an hour. The second time it was 1.5 hours late and we already made dinner by arrival.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible commnunication in the store, they’ve gotten my order wrong 3 times total 2 times in door dash. Manager Drake does not care for his customers or quality of food. I expressed that have an auto immune disease and could not eat the pizza that was delivered and that the 60 I paid was all ihad for take out. They laughed at me and told me it stands. Im good on them. Unkind And they never have enough people in there. Used to be great back in the day.shame. Wasnt even made even.

Terrible service, they brought my order wrong and were unable to take responsibility, and when I called they said I didn’t make any orders, neither my name nor address was listed, when that’s the first thing you send, so where did I get these boxes of wings and the receipt? Bad, bad service!!

Ordered online at 4:00pm for a 6:00pm home delivery. Called at 6:30pm to check on the delivery and the staff member let me know that they were down a driver and it would be another 30 minutes for our delivery. I asked if our pizzas had already been made and he said yup. I asked if it was just sitting there and he said yup. We did get our pizzas delivered at 7:00 after delivery I check the bill and the pizzas had been out of the oven fo 1 1/2 hours before they hit our house. Each person in the family ate 1 piece of pizza and that was it. Who likes eating pizza flavored cardboard. I paid over $50.00 for three slices of cardboard cold pizza. I did tip the driver well due to snow and him not being at fault. I believe with this situation they should have remade my order and loose $5.00 worth of product. Instead they chose to hold it for over an hour. I would rather do business with stores that value customer service over profit. Jets staff if you want to check on my facts the online order number is #11003 placed on 01/06/2022.
