Ordered lite bbq sauce. It’s…a lot. And what happened to pizza places giving you a couple paper plates when delivering to a hotel? I spent $50 on two small pizzas, seems like they could spare two 8 cent plates. Also took an hour for delivery.

Was on the road so called. The bot just kept looping so we asked for a human. Ordered a lg new york pizza and received a medium but was still charged for the lg. They have no prices or sizes listed in the store anywhere. The pizza was not correctly cut. Needles to day we haf not been there in quite awhile for pizza. With all the places to choose from we will not be back.

Gross pizza, parmesean on top doesn’t add any pizzazz, instead worsens the flavor, pepperoni doesn’t taste good either and the pizza dough might as well be a pastry, just go to Domino’s.

I ordered food for delivery my food was on time and the food was hot. The delivery driver had a hard time finding my house. He called me and I walked him through it. He was awesome. I wish I caught his name.I would highly recommend him

Placed order online for 2 piece deep dish plus drink. I was there when it was scheduled to be ready. The only box in the warming unit was mine-door left open. Nobody was around when I walked in. It took several minutes for someone to come from the back to give me my pizza and drink. The pizza was barely warm and the deep dish crust was gooey. Yuck. Not a good experience.

The Deep Dish pizza must be tried. They have a pepperoni deep dish with three different kinds of pepperoni. Almost the entire pizza is covered with perfectly cooked pepperoni. The crunchy edge is the best part, perfectly caramelized. You can eat off this pizza easily for two meals, so it really is a bargain for what it is. Wish they had done in options.

Jets in Holland has always been a go-to spot for delicious food, and their convenient app makes ordering a breeze. However, my recent experience left a lot to be desired.
Despite placing an order for $71 through the app and arriving at the designated time, the restaurant had no record of it. This was a major inconvenience and a frustrating start to the meal.
Jets offered zero assistance simply told us we should see a refund within 3-5 business days
Refund delay: While a refund was promised, the fact that it could take up to 3-5 business days is unacceptable. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to wait that long for their money back, especially when they received no food.
Special shout out to Pizza Hut for offering to have our meal ready within 10 minutes after hearing about the lost meal. Pizza Hut followed through!
Overall:
Jets Holland usually provides a positive experience, but this particular visit was marred by a lost order and a frustrating refund policy. While the food is still delicious and the app is convenient, the lack of accountability for the order mishap and the lengthy refund processing time are major drawbacks.
Hopefully, this was just an isolated incident, and Jets will take steps to improve their order management and refund procedures. Until then, I would recommend proceeding with caution when ordering through the app.
