The service was prompt and professional, well done. That’s where it ended. The Jets 10 pizza tasted like a burnt tire fire. I’m struggling to get the taste of something rancid and overcooked out of my mouth. I’ve been eating Jets pizza for decades, always exceptional. However the 10 tasted like as if it was cooked on the burning carcass of a Humvee in Mogadishu. I’m considering swearing off pizza all together and convert to veganism. The world is a vampire…

I ordered a large pizza and they quoted me 40 mins. I called after an hour wait and the pizza was just coming out of the oven and was told I’d have to wait another hour and forty five minutes to have it delivered. They offered me a free 2 liter. What a joke.

I had ordered two half-and-half pizzas. One pizza was half cheese and half pepperoni. And the other pizza was half supreme and half custom. The custom side had no meat on it. When we got to our destination and opened the pizza, the custom side had pepperoni all throughout it. I usually don’t have trouble with this location. I did the text to order like I usually do. They said they would text me with an approximate time for pick up. I never got that text. When we called to ask about it the employee seemed annoyed. Could be because the system wasn’t working, could be because they were busy. I don’t know. Then we got the pizza and it was put together incorrectly. Luckily we had a cheese option too but half a pizza was wasted. We also ordered the super special and they told us that that was not unavailable option. I just typed out all of the toppings on a custom pizza. They got that one correct though.

My wife and I ordered a Detroit style pizza last night. The young person on the phone was professional and easy to speak with. We think Jet’s has the best pizza around. Amazing how many options and ingredients they have. The pizza we had last night was to order and it tasted very good. Thank you to the entire Jet’s team.

Called store to order delivery. Jet bots said order would be faster to use so I tried it. Took over 15 mins and made me miss the delivery window which I would of made had they not adapted a automated system that is slower then the post office.

Stay away from this place! They don’t care about you AT ALL. Not to mention, if you order extra cheese, they’ll surely take your money but ignore your request, even if you leave it in the notes or call it in. This is how my pizza came and I called them 4x, emailed a handful of times, posted on their Facebook page, wrote the Facebook page, filed a complaint through the website 2x, and followed the link for another complaint that I received. It’s been about a month and no one has reached out to me. All I wanted was this pizza replaced because it was inedible, and that was $30! But no one cares-not corporate and not this location. They don’t deserve your business!

Take out only. The staff is friendly and efficient. Our order was ready in the time specified (20 minutes) even though they were packed with customers. The pizza is top notch!
