1st I would like to say I’m not the person that’s goes around bashing businesses, because as a business owner I understand we have them days whereas things not going right. So I’m here visiting Adrian Michigan and decided to get pizza the pizza was cold and it seems as if the person who made pizza just threw on the mushrooms out a can cold the delivery guy forgot my soda I called to remind him and he still never brought it back I felt like he stole from me and said screw me and my soda I would never go there again not because of food but very bad service from delivery guy. I talked to him and he said he was on his way and never came back.

My 1st time trying Jets pizza. Man was I sleeping under a rock! I got the deep dish Detroit. It was ready fast and fresh. The crust was crispy edge to edge and all underneath too! Very delicious pizza!!!

amazing experience EVERY TIME. i legitimately cannot go to any other pizza place because their pizza and service is just that good every time. their new york style is addictively good, and pizza isn’t even my favorite food. always quick and always reliable

Very poor service! Went in to get a slice for lunch and was told that there was none ready, but there would be some ready in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later they still had none ready. They told me if I waited they could have some made in 7 minutes? For them not to ready for lunch is idiotic. I will never go back to this JETS.

I was disappointed with the pizza. Normally when we order it is really good and hot. This time it took over an hour, almost an hour and a half, to get the pizza delivered and it was warm almost cold when it arrived. The driver offered no explanation as to why it was late. Not sure if we will order again, which is sad as we do not have many pizza options in Adrian.

2/7/20 Had bad experiences in the past and thought I would try again….Big mistake. Pizza Order was screwed up, no 2 liter and the manager was extremely rude. Felt sorry for the employee who answered the phone, he was trying to get her to act like the manager and she refused. No credit for wrong pizza only would remake it that night and I would have to pickup after 1030pm. I was over 30 mins away and had no way to pick up that night.
